27: I Do Not Want

"Married to me,"

"WHAT, MARRIED?!" jessica's eyes widened to hear Luhan's challenge. "If that's the case, I.. I...!!" jessica's eyes moved wildly, her fingertips clashing against each other the girl was completely riled up.

Jessica is confused to answer what "A.pa is no challenge other than getting married? The problem is, I'm still too young and I don't feel ready to build a household" he said.

Luhan chuckles. "Why so serious, you fool. I'm just kidding, but if you take it seriously I'm fine too. There's nothing to lose for me either, it's almost time for dinner. We better go home now, I don't want to make that albino boy whine because he's starving." said Luhan who was later nodding back by Jessica.

"Sica,"

Their steps had to stop because someone called Jessica. When they turned their heads and found a tall man approaching her, the corner of Jessica's lips pulled upwards creating a beautiful arch on her beautiful face

"Dian." Jessica exclaimed as she walked over to Luhan and hugged her big friend."I miss you, ugly pole." Jessica said, tightening her arms. For more than two weeks they had not met, Bian went to Canada for a business trip.

Bian loosened his arms and handed Jessica a parcel. "By me." Jessica's face was more radiant when she saw what was inside the parcel.

"Young...!! Bian, is this really for me.?" Jessica looked at Bian in disbelief.

"For whom?"

Subconsciously Luhan clenched both of his hands. Somehow Luhan did not feel like seeing the closeness of the two of them. Luhan approached Jessica then pulled the girl away from Bian and looked at the tall, unfriendly young man.

"We're going home" he said.

"Lu, you go home first. I still miss Bian and will be having dinner with him." Jessica said.

"Whatever" Luhan said and left just like that.

Jessica tilted her head, her eyes narrowing that of her team leader. Jessica wondered why Luhan had suddenly acted and behaved so strangely.

"Jess, it seems like she's jealous of me" said Bian, who seemed to be able to read Luhan's countenance.

"Jealous?" Bian nodded.

"Hahah that's impossible, I know Luhan very well. I know what kind of young man he is, he's the kind of guy who doesn't fall in love easily. So it's impossible if she's jealous just because she saw me close to you" Jessica explained.

"But I don't think so, I see the love in his eyes for you even though it's just as small as a grain of rice." Jessica shrugged her shoulders indifferently. Hugging Bian's arm pulled the tall young man towards one of the famous cafes in the city center.

The open door caught the attention of everyone in the room. Yunna's smile expanded instantly upon seeing Luhan's return "Oppa...!" Yunna approached Luhan and hugged his arm which was covered in his black leather jacket. Feeling uncomfortable, Luhan took off the hug.

"Young. Why just go home alone? Where is Sica nunna." asked Dio from behind.

Luhan dropped his tired body on the sofa after giving a parcel of food he had bought with Jessica to Dio and closed his eyes for a moment.

"He went with his pole friend" he replied flatly.

Luhan opened his eyes and looked at Dio flatly. "Either, it may be" he replied indifferently.

Dio grinned widely. "Ah.. Not wrong, that's for sure, Bian hyung. Sica Nunna is very lucky to have a lover like her. The person is warm, kind, smiling and most importantly handsome. I've heard of Sica nunna, if she likes a warm, calm guy and doesn't like a cold, arrogant guy at all" she said.

Bian's grin widened to see the expression of dislike that Luhan very clearly showed when Dio discussed Bian, let alone to praise him, which is clearly just a lie especially with the words of Jessica. Jessica never said anything, let alone discussed anything about the man.

Dio just wanted to see how Luhan's expression was, and how he felt about the girl surnamed Valerie.

"Basar boy, instead of immediately preparing dinner even chattering is not clear" said L while passing Dio just like that then approached Luhan and sat beside him. "Eot? Lu, what happened to your left eye? Why is it red, a little swollen and watery?" reprimand L was a little surprised.

Instead of answering his friend's question, Luhan looks to reach into his pants pocket and pull out his phone then confirm something.

"Dam. Not getting better why is it getting worse?" Luhan was upset, since last night Luhan's left eye was irritated by accidentally being hit by a cigarette spark, and that's why he covered it using his bangs that he arranged sideways. "Smild irritation only. Tomorrow or the day after" he said and put his phone on the table.

"You'd better go to the hospital, Lu. I'm afraid that the irritation will get worse..."

"I don't want to go in that godforsaken place." Luhan said quickly. The reason why he hates hospitals so much is because that's where he lost the most meaningful person in his life, his father.

"There's still another solution, Hyung. You can close it so as not to be exposed to pollution and dust." suggested Dio from the direction of the dining room, Luhan smiled and then rose from his seat.

"Your brain tumben is watered down, boy" Luhan said as he walked towards his room on the second floor.

"Yakkk... Oppa, why am I being ignored again?" yunna complains to see Luhan's departure.

The girl stomped her feet in annoyance. He had no idea how else and what other way to get Luhan to see him and open his heart to himself. Yunna was so obsessed with being able to have Luhan completely, not as a half-sister but as a lover.

Luhan who was lying down was slightly piqued by the shakes on his phone. Luhan squinted his eyes seeing Jessica's name on his phone screen. "What's that shitty kid calling me?" mumbling wonder. Luhan immediately pressed the green button and raised the call.

"What's wrong?" his cynicism.

"Come to XXX street, Jessica needs your help. Some men tried to kill him. She's..."

Luhan disconnected the phone before Bian continued his sentence. Luhan grabbed his leather jacket and motor key and rushed to the address Bian gave him.

'I hope I'm not late. Sica, I beg you to hold on,'
