21. Blood donation

Axio walked quickly when he reached the mansion, he immediately showed his study room. There he had gathered his wife, Diana, Carolina, and her husband, and Matthias, with his wife Desi.

"What are you going to tell us, brother?" ask Carolina at Axio who continues to show his serious face.

"It's about that jerk guy who took one of your twins Lina, he came back to destroy our family's happiness again" Axio said.

Carolina immediately recalled the events experienced by her family 17 years ago, when she had just given birth to 3 twin sons and had to lose one of them due to kidnappings carried out by her family's enemies.

Carolina could not hold back her tears, Dexter who saw his wife back shaken immediately pulled her in his arms.

"How dare the bastard reappear, it seems he's tired of living." Matias displayed his evil smile, but Axio looked down sadly instead.

Mika follows secretly people she knows, she feels curious and worried about who is in the ER room in front of her.

Slightly inexhaustible, Mika wonders why her foster sister (Anzel) could be in this city. Because he remembered, the Gibran family lived in England not in Indonesia.

Not long after, he saw a doctor come out of the ER room, an expression displaying a tense facial expression. The doctor is seen talking to Rezka, the older brother of the Dean family who used to raise him to be a child while still alive as Anzel.

"How's my sister doing, Doc?" rezka said worriedly.

"The condition is critical, the patient draws a lot of blood. So we need a blood transfusion as soon as possible, but unfortunately the blood stock with the same blood type as the patient is empty, so we need a donor as soon as possible." explained the doctor, Rezka was seen holding his head confused.

Mika who heard Rezka's talk and the doctor was immediately surprised, who was in the ER room then why did it bleed out. What a severe wound, and again the blood stock that his blood type is the same as Rezka's brother is also empty makes his heart more turbulent.

"I have to how do doc, please save my sister, please save Dean doc." Rezka looked helpless, he prostrated himself to the doctor.

Mika's body was broken when she heard the words of the doctor, Dean who was in the ER room, but why? Mika must find out the truth, she immediately woke up dismissing a nurse who also came out of the ER room shortly after the departure of the doctor.

"Sorry, if I may know the patient in the ER room why?" Mika wiped away her tears, while preventing the nurse.

"Oh the patient on behalf of Aldean Shanon Aditama" said the nurse who was embraced by Mika.

"The patient attempted suicide by cutting off a vein in his wrist, currently in critical condition because the patient is deprived of a lot of blood" explained the nurse.

"if there is nothing else I'll excuse you first son." continued the nurse.

"Wait a minute, I want to be a donor for that patient, right?"   without a second thought Mika immediately decided to donate her blood.

"Can, but I check first your situation. You're a patient at this hospital, right?" said the nurse who saw Mika still wearing the hospital patient's shirt.

"Yes, but I really want to help the patient sus" said Mika who was taken by the nurse.

"Alright, then you come with me first. Let me check and if everything is good you can donate your blood." continued the nurse.

Mika followed the nurse, but she had seen Rezka look frustrated. It seems obvious his worry, but the question in mika's mind is the reason why Dean attempted suicide. Shouldn't Dean be living happily after his passing, but what really happened to the Gibran family after his death.

Mika eventually became a donor to Dean, and as a result he collapsed after finishing donating 2 bags of blood to Dean.

Brian along with Jean and twins Allen Gallen come to see Mika after school. They were surprised to see Mika's condition seemed to deteriorate, he even breathed in an oxygen mask.

Another Brian asked the doctor who had just finished checking Mika's condition.

"What happened to Mika doc, didn't her condition improve last night?"

"Patients are forced to become donors to a patient, so the condition immediately drops. Though the nurse had banned him because his blood pressure was still low, but he still forced and it became like this." explained the doctor who immediately quit.

"Bang Mika why bang?" Jean approaches Mika's cage, staring worriedly at Mika who seems to have a little trouble breathing.

"The condition is dropping again, mika just did a stupid thing by donating blood to another patient." Brian rubbed the back of his sister who was crying while holding Mika's hand.

"Euughhh," Mika opened her eyes slowly, her vision looked a little blurry, her body also felt very limp.

"Bang Mika has woken up, what's sick?" Jean immediately wiped her tears when she saw Mika was conscious.

"Well, why don't you, Jean, don't be so sad." Mika patted Jean on the head with the hand held by Jean.

Jean always enjoyed the treatment of her beloved brother, she immediately smiled as she looked at Mika who seemed to turn her eyes to Brian and the twins.

"Doctors say Lo just donated blood, Lo already live bosen yes to the point of doing dangerous things rich that?" said Gallen who was smiling back by Mika.

"Not really, I still love my life." Mika chuckled a little.

"Stupid." said Brian to make Mika sigh.

"Keep why brother Mika donating blood even though it is also still sick brother?" Jean asked with her innocent face, making Mika continue to rub Jean's soft hair.

"Je's only humanity, I feel sorry for her brother who is worried. I'm not papa, am I?" Mika smiles again, Jean feels proud of Mika who always cares for others.

"It's good that you're all right, if you die?" it was Ketus Allen who made Jean look at him sharply.

"Well, if dying means it's my destiny, at least I don't regret trying to save the patient" said Mika who smiled wryly.

Allen immediately fell silent with Mika's words, he was not out of thought with Mika's attitude. While Brian and Gallen choose to be quiet and just listen, do not forget Jean who is increasingly sulking on one of his twin brothers.

Gallen could see Mika who was thinking about something, even though Mika was smiling. His heart was filled to hear every word that came out of the mouth of a child who was 2 years under him, but had mature enough thoughts for him. While Brian just stared at the interaction between Mika and his sister Jean who looked closer, he did not feel the slightest feeling of jealousy that there was actually a feeling of calm.

But far from them, in an old building that has been abandoned by his manager, a man is having a secret meeting with someone who will ruin all their happiness.

"I have a good plan to surprise them" said the man wearing a navi shirt, showing his evil smile.

"Do as you please, but remember I expect good results from the plan you made MATE" said the other man sitting on a chair with one right leg superimposed on his left leg.

"Calm down, you just have to watch a surprise party that's going to get them all destroyed as soon as possible. Haha...."

The laughter of the two echoed within the building, thinking about what would happen to his opponent later on.
