37. Yuna's birthday

The dark night swept over the orange, the sun was completely engulfed by the darkness. Mika is currently getting ready to go to her cousin Yuna's birthday trust.

Mika walked down the stairs, unlike Lavande family members who always use the elevator Mika by used to use the stairs in the mansion.

"Abang Mika wants to go now?" asked Jean who was sitting on his eldest brother's lap.

Mika who was about to refuse could only resign, she just did not want everyone to know her relationship with the Gio family. Although all members of Lavande's family already knew all Mika's background, they could even easily figure out Mika's biological parents if the child wanted to.

Mika sighed, she indeed could not struggle if it came into contact with the Lavande family. Mika chose to resign, not bad anyway also invite Allen into the house that had been almost 10 years he lived.

Allen opened the automatic lock on the door of his car, then Mika and Allen got out of the car. Mika walked first, pressing the bell that was at the gate. While Allen stared at the house that was not too big, maybe his private apartment was 2 times larger.

Not long after a woman in her 40s walked out the door, she smiled as she saw Mika standing in front of the gate.

"You've come, son, come on in. Luna is waiting for you, she must be happy because this time you came." said Fatma, as the woman opened the gate.

"Who are you coming with, son?" Fatma looked at Allen who was smiling stiffly.

"Oh, she's Deo's aunt's upperclassman" said Mika, who called her her own name Deo, because it was her calling when Renata's grandmother was alive.

Mika and Allen went into the simple but very elegant house, Mika looked around the house she had left for more than 4 years. Nothing has changed, neither the building nor the contents although now there are only photos of the Wiratama family on display and one photo of Renata Aileen.

It seems that Wira has thrown away all the objects related to him, not wanting to be too long washed away in his disappointment Mika continues her steps towards the living room that has been designed with typical birthday trinkets.

"Sister Deo has finally come too." cried a girl about 11 years old while carrying her wheelchair over to Mika.

Mika who saw Yuna who was about to approach her immediately rushed over, Mika hugged the little body of the girl. While Allen only paid attention to Mika's interactions with her cousin's sister.

Allen did not see any other invited guests, it seemed like the birthday was celebrated simply.

Mika pushes Yuna's wheelchair, approaching a table that already has birthday cakes and other food.

Mika sighed, she smiled again as Yuna looked at her face.

"Oh yes this is a gift from brother, hopefully you have already deck." Mika hands over a box and is received with a smile by Yuna.

"What if we just start the show?" fatma.

The birthday party went well, even with the awkward atmosphere between them. Allen saw Mika being bribed by Yuna, he saw a dislike gaze clearly plastered on Gio's face.

"Son Allen don't hesitate, please eat everything. Deo rarely came home, probably because of the attitude of aunty husband who would throw him away first. Though Deo was a very good child, Yuna was even very close to him." Fatma said as she looked towards Mika and Yuna.

Wira looks close to Mika's body, she says something. The hero passed by with Mika following him from behind, Allen who was worried about following but was blocked by Gio.

"Lo here, I want to say something to Mika so mending you do not need to interfere. I know now Mika lives with you, I tell her that Mika is not as good as you see. He has a hidden side that will probably make you think twice about holding him." said Gio who then passed to the 2nd floor of his house.

Allen fell silent after hearing Gio's words, if Mika's hidden side was Xaniel they already knew it. But if anything else, is something more dangerous than Xaniel.

Not long after Mika returned to the family room, her face looks gloomy but still well hidden by her smile.

After spending almost 1 hour, Mika decided to go home. He said goodbye to Yuna, hugging the tuna girl's body tightly. It seems like an elder sister who will be exalted by her younger sister.

Mika locked the door of her room when she reached the mansion, her body slumped. He bent his knees, buried his head because the tears he had held for almost an hour had finally shed.

Mika was crying silently, maybe this was a reaction from her body. The real Mika never lived her life happily after her grandmother's death. But why was it so stifling, even more painful than what he felt as Anzel.

Flashbacks

Mika followed the steps of Wira to the back porch of her house, on the table on the terrace there is a brown envelope that is not too big.

"Take it and open it." said the hero, he stood his back to Mika.

Mika took the envelope, opened it and read it carefully every word written on the white paper.

Mika looked at the back of the Hero, as if she could not believe the contents of the letter.

"I've crossed your name off the list of Aileen family members, you're no longer washing my mother. From now on your name is only Mikadeo, another month Mikadeo Aileen. And one more thing, the day after me and my family will go abroad to settle there. You should have known, if at any time I would never have accepted you in my family. Especially after my mother's death, I can easily get rid of your existence." said Wira without turning to Mika who was holding back her tears.

Anzel/Mika did not expect her uncle would completely erase her existence in the Aileen family, a family that was already a part of her body's life now

A sense of tightness filled his chest as he recalled Mika's happy memories with his grandmother, Renata Aileen who was left behind in his memories.. Although Mika is only an adopted grandchild, Renata never distinguishes the affection she gives from her biological granddaughter. Likewise with Yuna and Fatma, they were also always kind to Mika even though the Wira hated her blatantly.

"And I'm not the real Mika, but why does it feel this sick." Mika pressed down on her left chest, while her tears continued to flow.

"Why are you so weak like this Anzel, hold your head up and face the reality that's happening to your body right now. Didn't you yourself say you would fix your life and not make a mistake that would make you regret it again."

Xaniel's voice rang out again in Mika's head, she raised her head. Removing the tears on both cheeks, then taking a deep breath.

"Like it better, because I like your strong self it's Anzel."

"Stop saying the contents of Lo's mind is Xaniel, although I'm grateful because Lo has awakened me" said Mika.

He took his body to the bathroom, washed his face to erase any trace of his sadness.

Mika must forget all the painful memories her body is experiencing right now, breaking the bonds of her past and living for her new future.
