Abraham and Juliet quivered when they heard Luiz's explanation.

"What do you mean Son?" abraham still could not believe it. "There's no way Leona's sick" she said

"That's the reality" Luiz replied coldly. "Well, once you know, you'll still ignore Leona?" tanya Luiz looked at the two old men coldly.

Juliet wept in her husband's arms with an echoing cry. He did not know that his daughter was suffering from a serious illness.

"Leona" Juliet's tears are breaking. "I'm sorry, dear Mommy" he said with regret and guilt. She thought Leona was fine because she never complained about her or just took the pain away.

"Then how's your sister, Luiz?" alexander asked as he rubbed his wife's back trying to calm the woman through a swab of his hand.

"Me and Pedho will take Leona out of the country," Luiz answered briefly densely and clearly.

Abraham nodded. The guilt now hit his chest. Now he realized how stupid he was who always put work first without thinking about his children.

"I'm sorry Daddy and Mommy" said Abraham, full of regrets.

"Why should I apologize. You're guilty of Leona. Not to me" Luiz said cynically.

The sound of cars from outside. It must have been Pedho who drove Leona.

Abraham and Juliet come out to welcome Leona. The two of them looked impatient to meet their daughter.

"Leona," call Juliet.

"Ehh Mommy. Daddy," the woman smiled.

"Leona," Juliet ran over to her son.

Juliet hugs Leona with a sigh of regret. It felt like his soul was struck by lightning when it knew the disease lodged in his daughter's body. How foolish he was who did not know the condition of his own daughter. Leona's not okay.

"Mommy why?" leona asked in surprise while returning her mother's embrace.

"I'm sorry Mommy, honey," Juliet said.

He failed to be a parent. She should be a mother who is always ready to accompany her child. Leona is not only destroyed in her household but Leona's life is also a mess especially with the existence of this deadly disease.

"Leona,"

Abraham embraced the two great women in his life. He realized that money was no more important than his daughter. Especially when he knew the disease lodged in Leona's body. His heart was broken into pieces. Regret now began to seep into his soul. He knew he was not a good father. All this time he was only concerned with money and fame. Without thinking that his son was living.

"Daddy and Mommy why?" leona asked in surprise while letting go of her embrace. Why are both parents crying over him?

"It's okay" Abraham wiped away his tears.

"Let's go in." Juliet took her daughter's hand and brought her in.

"Uncle's afternoon" said Pedho kindly.

"Sore Pedho" replied Alexander. "How are you?" ask Alexander.

If at that time he did not rashly marry Leona. Maybe that would be Pedho's son-in-law instead of Pedro.

"Healthy Uncle. Uncle how are you?" ask Pedho back.

"As you can see," Alexander replied embracing Pedho's shoulder. "Come in" he asked

"Sister,"

"Hey dear," Luiz's cold face immediately sumringah when she saw Leona. "Just come?" he greeted his sister with a sweet smile.

"Yes Brother. Among Pedho's sisters" replied Leona.

Leona is grateful as she loses Pedro and his true love. God sends good people to accompany the hard times of his life. Walking in a state of heartbreak like this is certainly not easy. He needs the support of those who love him.

Juliet looked at Leona with guilt. He is hurt knowing his daughter is sick and Leona can always hide her pain because she does not want to make her family worried.

"Let's eat. Mommy's cooking your favorite dishes" ask Juliet to poke Leona's nose.

"Well Mom really!" exciting Leona. "Come," he also stood up.

"Come on, Nak Pedho, come eat with us" Juliet asked.

'It could be the end of my life. I just want Daddy and Mommy to be with me before death to take me away. And Brother Pedho, I will learn to love him. Maybe he is the man God sent to heal the wounds in my heart, Leona said with a smile.

They all ate together and were interspersed with warm chatter. Abraham and Juliet seem so attentive to Leona. Attention that they never gave because of busyness in the business and work world.

Pedho smiled as both of Leona's parents cared so much for the woman he loved. She knew Leona longed for time with her parents.

So did Luiz. He called his parents back to Indonesia to discuss Leona's disease. Luiz is grateful that both of them were conscious before it was too late, because losing Leona was a nightmare they did not want to experience including Luiz.

"Darling, why is your face with freckles?" ask Juliet to panic.

"Leona," Luiz and Pedho sprinkled toward Leona's chair.

"Ehh." Leona surprised. Then the woman held the part of her face that felt sore. "Misused skincare times," said Leona. Though he knew, it was the effect of chemotherapy that he went through.

"Where are you?" Luiz barked at Leona's little bag.

"Darling," Abraham panicked as well.

"We take Leona to the sofa," Pedho immediately lifted the woman's body to sit on the sofa.

"Sister, I'm fine," Leona's tenacious annoyed. "It's just the spots are not a danger" he added, not wanting to make his family worried.

"Ck, you're this. Let's take the medicine" said Pedho. Leona is stubborn, he needs to be monitored if the problem of taking drugs.

"Leona, let's have a drink, son" said Abraham.

Imagine Leona gone for good making Abraham's chest feel smashed by thousands of tons of stones. He won't be able to. He can't. He wanted Leona to stay with him for a long time. He would not let his daughter go. Abraham promised to find the best treatment for his daughter's recovery.

Luiz took her medical instruments to check on Leona's condition. As a doctor who is always on standby, he does not want to be relieved if Leona's problem.

"Tomorrow we'll check back to the hospital. You have to undergo some treatment to overcome the chemo fluid that enters your bones," Luiz explained to his sister.

"Sister," hearing Leona's hospital name was lazy.

"Mommy, I'll accompany you, son. Don't be afraid" said Juliet hugging her son. He held a clear melt in his cheek.

"There's Daddy, too" Abraham continued.

Leona. Her heart warmed feeling this long-lost attention. Last time he got this kind of attention, when he was very young. Before both parents busy themselves with their work
