The flight took a long time. Now a private jet flying from Indonesia to America landed at the International Airport, America.

Leona was still sleeping comfortably in Pedho's arms. The woman was like her very tired. So he did not know if the journey that took hours has now arrived.

"Can Ped?" ask Luiz. Poorly too Pedho held Leona who looked very heavy.

"I can do Luiz" Pedho replied.

They're all out of the airport. Pedho did not feel any weight at all when carrying Leona. Even the man wants to always be able to carry her wherever she goes.

"We go straight home. I'll bring some medical supplies in there" explained Luiz.

They nodded and agreed with Luiz. Luiz and Andika had prepared all the needs of Leona. None of them were missed.

Not long after that came several black cars to pick up the big family.

Pedho entered slowly. He put Leona on his lap and held the weak body of the woman.

"Darling," she called out to pat Leona on the cheek.

"Pedho, Leona's hands are cold" cried Luiz grasping his sister's hand

"Dear awake" Pedho patted the woman on the cheek. "Leona, wake. Please open your eyes. Don't joke darling," the man's tears were dripping with fear

"We're taking Leona straight to the hospital" Luiz suggested.

The car that was supposed to be heading home turned towards the hospital. Leona's face looked pale and her body cold. He wasn't asleep, maybe he was fainting.

"Leona, hold on dear. I beg. Please," Pedho's cry broke out while tightly hugging the woman.

Luiz was also crying a lot. His hand was clutching Leona's cold hand. Why is his sister's body cold? What happened to leona? Nope, no. Leona can't leave. He has to hold on.

Both men were crying hysterically in the car. Yuna and Andika got into another car, as did Abraham and Juliet.

"Sister, is this us going to the hospital?" yuna asked in wonder.

"Yuna Yi. We followed Pedho and Luiz's car" Andika replied.

Andika seemed to be sitting quietly. She wondered why Leona was taken to the hospital? Not according to their agreement earlier, that Leona will be treated at home for some time before undergoing more intensive care.

So did Abraham and Juliet who looked astonished when the car that took her son to the hospital.

"Dad, what's wrong? Leona's fine, isn't she?" ask Juliet to panic.

"Relax, our daughter is fine" said Abraham to calm his wife. His heart began to calm and panic.

Until the hospital. Luiz went downstairs and opened the car door to get Pedho out of the car and took Leona.

Pedho carried Leona half-running, his face pale eloquently and his eyes were puffy from crying.

Pedho walked slowly towards Leona's bed. Medical devices were attached to the woman's body. Even oxygen is used to help him breathe.

Pedho sat weakly in the chair beside Leona's bed. The man looked down for a moment at the pale face of the beloved heart. The woman he loved was now lying in a weak and helpless state.

"Darling," she wrote.

Pedho took Leona's hand, then clasped her tightly. Why is it that when he feels like the happiest man in the world, God tests him so hard that he makes his chest so tight to breathe.

"You know...." Pedho's tears. "Since you entered my life. I felt those colors fill the recesses of my heart. When I don't believe in true love, you come to offer me a heart. Even if we can be strangers. Now I can have you. But why, why does fate love to outwit us, dear?" Pedho buried his face in Leona's arms. His body trembled because of his broken cry.

"Lord, please grant my request this time. Don't take him away. I can't live without her. If he leaves, I will go too. Because I wouldn't be able to live if he wasn't around" Pedho murmured. The man kissed the back of the hand of the woman he loved so much.

"If there is an art to seduce You, then I will study it. It doesn't matter if I have to do the impossible. That origin could make Leona stay by my side, God,"

Together with the clang of the heart detector, Pedho's crying voice echoed and understated. The man who was feeling the pain in his heart, now poured out his heart to God. Pedho took out a ring from his pants pocket. The ring he bought five years ago, while he was on a business trip to Korea. When he came to Indonesia, he would propose to Leona and marry the woman. However, one bitter reality made Pedho's heart feel on the upside of reality when watching the woman's marriage with his own biological sister.

"You want to marry me, honey?" Pedho put the diamond ring on Leona's ring finger. "You know what, honey? I bought this ring when we wanted a fiancee, I've kept it for a long time. Somehow my heart says you're the only one who deserves this ring" Pedho said, wiping Leona's ring-mounted finger.

While Leona was not bothered at all at the man's words. He slept comfortably without caring for the noise nearby
