Chapter 26 (Meeting the Great)

Vanessa sat in a corner seat according to her ticket number, before the flight began to perform Safety Demonstration before takeoff. Vanessa glanced at Nathan who was sitting right beside her looking to close her eyes.

“Why?” vanessa asked in a whispering voice.

Nathan opened his eyes, glanced at Vanessa while trying to smile, “I'm not papa.”

Vanessa doesn't want to interfere with Nathan's feelings, which Vanessa knows Nathan's face isn't as cheerful as it was before, but he's sad, angry and Vanessa doesn't know any more details. 

It just so happened that the two seats next to Vanessa were empty, as Vanessa chose the back seat. During the trip Vanessa continued to pay attention to Nathan who closed his eyes, “She why the hell?” vanessa murmured in her heart.

Vanessa tries to turn her attention to the window next to Vanessa, as the sky brightens with white clouds along the way. Vanessa yawned several times feeling drowsiness, and tried to close her eyes.

Nathan sees Vanessa falling asleep trying to lean Vanessa's head against his shoulder, rubbing Vanessa's knob slowly, “After this mission is sorted out we'll probably never see each other again, but I hope I can still remember every moment of our togetherness.”

Vanessa blinked her eyes a few times, half conscious Vanessa felt a swab on her head, “Great gloom,” muttered Vanessa.

Hearing Vanessa's murmur as a smile appears on Nathan's lips, “Wake up heavy woi tau,” satirical Nathan ketus.

Vanessa raised her head to look at Nathan with her pillow face, “he's been a while, really stingy anyway,” Vanessa said as she rubbed her eyes.

“Before you see your watch, it's been almost an hour, and soon we reach.”

“Times anyway,” said Vanessa does not believe and tries to see the clock that is circular on her wrist, “Hehe yes, just a moment again we arrive,” Vanessa said with a shy smile.

Not long after Vanessa arrived at the airport, Vanessa stood waiting in line to get out of the plane. Vanessa walked in a row with other passengers to get out of the airport.

“Taxi ride!”

Vanessa nodded in understanding, walking towards the parking lot there were already several taxis with drivers standing next to her car.

“Please enter miss,” the taxi driver opened the door for Vanessa.

Taxi driver started his car, “Where are you Miss?” ask the taxi driver.

“Good miss,” said the driver with a friendly smile at Vanessa, and began to drive his car out of the airport courtyard.

It did not take long to reach the destination, after paying the fare Vanessa walked to the beach, saw a row of places to eat on the beach suddenly his stomach feels hungry, “Kayak I laper, eat first yes, yes,” says Vanessa pleads.

Nathan nods his head approving of Vanessa's request, and follows Vanessa who enters one of the eateries there. Nathan continues to watch Vanessa enjoying her lunch.

Suddenly a man sat beside Vanessa, Vanessa stopped her eating and smiled kindly at the man.

“Against vacation?” ask the man.

“Ah no, here I have a job,” Vanessa noticed Men who look younger than her age.

“Craftsmanship where ka?” ask the man curious.

“I have a job on the island of X,” replied Vanessa.

Nathan noticed Vanessa who was ungainly talking to the man beside him casually.

“I also work there Ka, introduce my name Agung,” Agung raised his hand to get acquainted with Vanessa.

Vanessa raised her hand as well and shook hands with Agung, “Vanessa,” Vanessa said with a friendly smile.

“If you want you can come with my boat, calm geratis ko,” said Agung offered.

“What is no hassle?” vanessa asked doubtfully.

Agung smiled at Vanessa, “Gak kok ka, happened to the boat belongs to my employer, he is good really his person.”

“May if so,” replied Vanessa, “Lumayan was geratis,” Vanessa's grunts in his heart.

While Nathan glanced at the upset Vanessa, “Too easy to believe, how about he's the bad guy,” Inner Nathan.
