Chapter 40 (Tough Choices)

Vanessa hears clearly the voice of the woman but she cannot concentrate on trating to see who the woman is.

“Detach Well, he can die.” As Pasusanto's hand slipped from his neck Vanessa's body collapsed onto the floor. He coughed and tried to catch his breath. His breathing was still sore Vanessa could only close her eyes, “I'm strong Nathan,” Inner Vanessa. 

“Get me the oxygen tube in Kevin's room!” anatasya said to Agung who was still standing in the doorway.

Pasusanto could only stare at his son who approached Vanessa and help Vanessa to get on the bed.

Agung came quickly to give Anatasya an oxygen tube. With painstaking Antasya helps Vanessa recover her breathing, “Hirup slowly,” said Anatasya gently while rubbing Vanessa's hair.

Anatasya glanced at Agung who was standing next to her, “Gung get me some drinking water!”

Agung nodded his head and walked outside Anatasya's room, there was a sense of excitement at Miss Antasya's attitude.

Anatasya received the glass that Agung gave her, petrifying Vanessa to drink it. Upon seeing Vanessa's improved state he walked towards his father who was sitting on the sofa with a smile that fluffed from his father's lips.

“Why Daddy would kill that Man, and Dad almost killed that woman with his own hands, Tasya disappointed with Dad.”

Vanessa saw a clear butrian slide off Anatasya's cheek.

“Because he has made my father's beloved daughter depressed, I'm not willing to see you like this because of his actions!” Pasusanto stood hugging Anatasha tightly. There was a sense of excitement in his heart seeing his beloved daughter return to normal.

“I'm not depressed dad. I'm ashamed .. I don't have any more confidence after my virginity is gone. Moreover, my father always betrothed me to the man of my choice. They did not know that I was no longer a virgin, I was afraid in the humiliation of my father .. I was afraid,” Antasya cried in the arms of his father poured out all his heart.

“Relaxed dear, there is a father here.pardon the father who is too imposing the will of the father,” gently Pasusanto stroking his daughter's hair.

Vanessa shed her tears, hearing Anatasya's heart-wrenching words. She as a woman could feel what Anatasya was feeling. If she was in the position of Anatasya she would also have lost her confidence, as an unmarried woman but her crown was gone.

He also did not allow Nathan. Even though he was drunk, Nathan was wrong. Moreover, Nathan does not have good faith to just apologize, Vanessa understood the attitude of Pasusanto. No parent is willing to see his child treated like that, especially until his child is depressed because of Nathan's depraved actions.

For some reason Vanessa's heart felt indecisive because it loved Nathan, after what Nathan did to Anatasya really did not reflect the man in charge. But she must still get an apology for Nathan, and Vanessa hopes Nathan can apologize directly to Anatasya for her mistake when she is conscious of her coma.

Vanessa just silently peeked in place watching her father and son who were hugging. Not long before Anatasya who let go of her embrace and looked at Vanessa, she could only smile when looked at by Anatasya.

Antasya approached Vanessa who was still sitting on the bed, “I'm sorry Dad yes, Whose name are you?”

“Iya miss, my name is Vanessa,” replied Vanessa with a smile.

“So you said the man who raped me was in a coma?” 

Vanessa nods her head, trying to find Nathan's whereabouts in the room, but Nathan isn't there, “Where is he?” the question came to mind of Vanessa.

Seeing Vanessa who was silent Pasusanto spoke up, “Yes he was in care,” Pasusanto stared at Vanessa sharply.

Seeing the sharp gaze given by Pasusanto slightly frightened her, Vanessa could only be silent not dare to speak up.

“What did dad do to that guy?” anatasya asked with her angry face.

“Dad only pierced his chest,” answered Pasusanto casually.

Anatasya shook her head looking at her father's outrageous attitude, “God Dad was the same as Dad killed her. “

“Indeed it's Dad's goal. Getting rid of anyone who dares to hurt Daughter father,” Pasusanto stroked softly Anatasha's hair.

“Dad will stay here.” Sitting on the sofa.

Seeing her father's behavior, Anatasya pulls Vanessa out of her room. Anatasya took Vanessa to the top floor of the house. The place Anatasya misses the most.

Vanessa rounded her eyes takjup on a beautiful looking garden with flowers blooming neatly arranged. He followed Anatasya who was sitting in the gazebo, his attention was fixed on the room that looked a lot of musical instruments there, staring at the guitar that looked very elegant, “Mahal sure,” Inner Vanessa.

“You like to play music too?” anatasya asked as she looked at Vanessa.

Vanesa shook his head, “Not really, I can only play guitar. That's still learning.”

“So what got you here?” ask Anatasya.

Vanessa tried to tell me everything from the beginning when she met Nathan in an empty house, until she could be in this house.

Anatasya saw the look on Vanessa's face that looked sad when telling everything, “It looks like this woman loves Nathan,” as she thought.

“Will Miss forgive Nathan, so that Nathan can return to his body?” vanessa asked after ending the story.

“I will forgive Nathan on one condition,” said Anatasya.

“What are the conditions miss?” vanessa asked impatiently. He was happy that Nathan would soon be able to return to his body.

“The terms were easy, after Nathan realized he had to marry me.”

Vanessa rounded her eyes she was very surprised to hear the conditions proposed by Anatasya.

Is this the end of his relationship with Nathan?  

What about my heart and my feelings, can I be selfish.

Or did Vanessa choose to be with Natahan's spirit forever?

But Vanessa also wants to see Nathan cured even though the odds are only 10 %.

“How?” ask Anatasya because she saw Vanessa who was silent.

“Which should I choose god,” Vanessa bit her little lower lip she couldn't choose one.
