Chapter 61 (Too Long Alone)

That morning was like the morning before Vanessa cooked for breakfast. Her father from earlier sat at the dining table focusing on his laptop screen, “Pa,” call Vanessa.

Papa distracts her from the laptop screen, seeing Vanessa sitting next to him, “Why tea?”

“Teteh want to return to the capital can?”

Vanessa shook her head, “Teteh himself took the bus ah.”

That afternoon Vanessa walked to her boarding house, as usual the boarding yard looked quiet because there the residents were more students especially now they had entered the semester holiday. While walking to the study table he kept a box of flowers and a bracelet sent without the sender's name, and the curiosity arose, as Vanessa approached and opened the box. The flowers were still clean with no dust because they were in the box, the bracelet was in the white box and Vanessa tried to wear it. “Funny also turns out,” comments Vanessa on the circular bracelet on her right hand.

That afternoon Vanessa prefers to clean her room that has begun to dust. Some of the things he had not used, he separated the pieces of paper that had been piled up on his desk Vanessa separated the insignificant ones.

Vanessa stared satisfied at her room that was neater clean and nice to see, in the lyrics the clock on the wall turned out to be six in the afternoon pantasa only her stomach was already sore because of skipping her lunch hour. After sending a message, Vanessa chose to clean her sticky body while waiting for fried rice to be delivered to her room. Vanessa dries her hair she remembers when Nathan helped her dry her hair, Vanessa's smile adorning her lips. She is happy that because of all her wishes granted she can see Nathan and be with him in the same world without forgetting him.

His phone bordered incoming messages, Vanessa kept a hairdryer and saw his phone turned out to be Nathan who sent the message. “When do you come back? I've missed you so much,” Vanessa reads Nathan's message slowly. His heart was flowery with messages from Nathan who missed him.

The sound of a knock on the door made Vanessa quickly get up and open the door. Brother fried rice seller gave a bag of crackles containing the message, “This neng neng friednya.” 

Vanessa received it and handed the money to her salesman's brother, “Still ya bang.” After making sure the salesman's brother left the boarding house Vanessa closed the door and sat down at his study table. The opening of fried rice that still emits hot steam, take a plate and pour the fried rice. Vanessa spends her meal quickly, after spending her drink Vanessa's phone rings the sign of an incoming call. When he saw the screen of his phone ternathan Nathan who called with a video call, “Aduh Nathan asked for another video call, he said,” quickly Vanessa tidied her hair and put a lipstick on her lips after confirming her appearance Vanessa picked up Nathan's phone.

After pressing the green tomboh directly visible Nathan's smiling face on the screen of his phone Vanessa, “Hi,” greeting Nathan there.

Vanessa quickly covered her mouth with her hands when she realized she was wearing a red lipstick, “Mampus mistakenly took the lipstick again.

“Emmm it's bought fried rice,” said Vanessa reasoned.

Nathan put on a smile, the reason Vanessa didn't make sense. Despite leaving for college Nathan never saw her using a red lipstick.

“So I finished cleaning up and kept red lipstick I tried and all lip show off to the brother of the fried rice seller,” said Vanessa gave a more specific reason.

“I think you use lipstick because you want to VC the same me,”, Nathan said casually.

“Aduh caught,” Inner Vanessa. “Do what I use lipstick Just to pick up your phone, lack of work,” said Vanessa casually keeping her image in front of Nathan.

“When do you come back?” ask Nathan.

Vanessa silently watched Nathan who looked tired leaning into a chair with messy hair, “Geez why look handsome like that if his hair is messy then Mr. Niko aja lost,” praise Vanessa in his heart.

“Kok dumbly?” 

Vanessa flinched because of Nathan's words, “I'm not dumb.”

“I ask you when you return the reason why even diem aja,” said Nathan upset because he felt ignored by Vanessa.

“I've been in kosan ko,” replied Vanessa quickly see Nathan's face that looks upset.

Vanessa saw Nathan approaching her phone, “Why don't you know me first, I'll be able to pick up.”

“You just came home, time to Bandung again Just to pick me up?” From the screen of his phone Vanessa saw Nathan who moved away from the camera and then fell silent. “You've worked again?” vanessa asked when she realized Nathan was wearing a shirt.

“Iya I work directly, asian Niko.” Nathan said.

“Absolutely healed?” ask Vanessa. But there was a voice calling Nathan's office embroidery, “Before yah,” Nathan said. It looks like Nathan kept the phone, because all Vanessa saw was the white ceiling.

Looks like Nathan's done getting the call because now Vanessa can see Nathan's face back. “There is something I have to do, connect later yes dear bye.”

Vanessa has not had time to encourage her man turns out his call has been closed by Nathan first. “Had meleh I called dear,” muttered Vanessa with a red hue that appeared on her cheek.

Vanessa chose to send a message to Nathan, “Rodi's spirit of work, take care of your health, Vanessa's old” looked at the contents of the message she would send to Nathan. His cheeks meet red because they call Nathan with affection, “Send not yah?” muttered Vanessa worried, she tapped on her phone screen using her thumb while thinking.

Suddenly there was a notification coming into his phone, in the message he typed had been sent to Nathan and the man replied to him, Vanessa read a short message sent Nathan, “Thank you.” 

Vanessa jumped on her bed because she got a reply from Nathan. “Jeez Vanessa if Nathan knows lo this happy he would have thought again dating the boy.” Vanessa instantly silent she remembered the words of her father who mentioned Nathan was an adult, “Hust take care of this mah, fear Nathan ilfil again .. fix over time this membomlo mah so rich gini lebay(excess).”
