Today Rama returns to America, Zea and her parents deliver Rama to the airport. And as usual, Sam didn't come along for busy reasons. But Zea tried to understand and give an excuse to her parents if Sam was busy. After returning from the airport, Zea and her parents separated because they brought their cars. Not knowing what to do, Zea chose to go to the supermarket to buy some of her essentials.
Zea seemed busy choosing her needs, until accidentally her eye tail caught a figure that was familiar to her. Zea put the item in her hand again, the girl peeked between the storage shelves and from there she saw clearly that her husband was shopping with Felisya.
Zea tried to ignore it, but the pain was so deep as to give her courage, the girl approached the two humans who were cool in choosing vegetables and fruits while laughing together.
"Uncle," called Zea, her voice creaking until it sounded very soft.
Sam and Felisya turned their heads together, and Sam was surprised to find Zea behind him.
"What are you doing here?" sam asked with a panicked face.
"Hye Zea, are you shopping too?" now Felisya asked Zea.
"Hem," Zea just muttered while nodding her head, but apparently her heart was not so strong, the girl shed her tears in front of Sam and Felisya.
"Why are you crying?"
Zea wiped her tears violently. "Ah, I'm just sad ma'am, my twin is back in America" Zea gave the excuse she thought made the most sense.
"Ah, I see," Felisya patted Zea's shoulder gently.
"Then excuse me ma'am, sorry to bother you guys," Zea pushed her trolley quickly, but the girl didn't take her to the cashier, he left his groceries and left the supermarket feeling devastated. Although he knew Sam did not love him, but still Sam's actions have hurt his feelings.
While Sam can only stare at Zea's passing with guilt, he also can't lie to her heart if she's happy to be able to spend time with the woman she loves.
"Sam, let's go home," Felisya asked after they finished shopping.
"You don't want to eat first?" ask Sam who looks so attentive.
"We eat at home, I'll cook for us" he replied with a smile.
"Well, I can't wait to taste your cooking," Sam smiled so widely, the two of them then returned to Felisya's apartment.
"Come on Sam, I'm sorry it's a mess" Sam followed behind Felisya and walked into the apartment. "Wait here, I'll get you a drink," Felisya went into the kitchen, and soon the woman came back out with a glass of orange juice.
"In Sam's drink, I went to the kitchen again. I'll cook for lunch."
Sam just nodded, the man waited in the living room, but out of boredom, Sam followed Felisya into the kitchen. Sam stared at Felisya's cooking back, a smile rising on her thick lips, for some reason she was so fond of the woman who was now turning her back.
"What are you cooking Fel?" sam asked after he stood beside Felisya.
"I went in Sam's chicken soup" said Felisya, the woman was busy putting all the ingredients in the pot.
"Sure, because I cooked it with love."
Degs...
Of love?
Sam gulped his saliva with great difficulty, could it be that Felisya also had the same feelings for him. If so, what should Sam do, while now he is married to Zea.
"I wait in front, yes, call me when it's ripe," Sam chose to avoid and did not continue their conversation. Not because he did not want to, but he was still confused what to do, while now he is stuck with Zea.
Soon, Felisy called Sam because lunch was ready. Delicately Felisya served Sam, taking rice and side dishes like a happy couple. The two then enjoyed their lunch with joking and laughter.
Unlike the thing with Zea, the girl was crying bitterly in her room. His chest felt so tight that he hit him many times. He knows that his decision to marry Sam will hurt him, but foolishly he still endures and loves Sam faithfully even though the man always ignores him.
Dawn dawned, greeted by dark skies accompanied by a not-so-great raindrop. Zea curled up on the floor with a shiver, after half a day of crying, apparently the girl was asleep on the cold floor.
Zea wanted to get up when she heard the knocking of the door many times, but her body felt heavy, she could not move until the door finally opened.
"Zea" said Sam as he watched his wife's body curl under the bed. Sam walked over to Zea, the man calmed down and tried to wake his wife. When Sam shook Zea's body, he realized his wife had a fever. "Zea wake!" Sam lifted up Zea's body and laid her on the bed, shaking Zea's body to wake her up.
"Ze, wake up Ze," Just as the man began to panic, the man ran down to the kitchen to fetch some warm water to compress Zea.
One hour, two hours, three hours...
It had been almost four hours Sam had compressed Zea's forehead, her fever had started to drop but the girl had not yet opened her eyes. Seeing that Zea's puffy eyes made Sam feel guilty, the girl must have just cried over it.
Late at night, Zea finally realized, when she opened her eyes, the first thing she saw was Sam who fell asleep on the chair next to her right.
"Uncle," called Zea in a hoarse voice. "Uncle," he repeated again because Sam had not yet woken up. Zea then dared to touch Sam's hand, and it managed to make Sam wake up, the man immediately brushed off Zea's hand.
"You awake? You're either reckless or stupid. Why sleep on the floor,?"
"I'm sorry" was the only word Zea could say. "It's night, it's better to go to sleep" Zea subtly shooed Sam away, she just didn't want Sam to see her miserable condition.
"Hem, you're also resting again. Taking his medicine," Sam pointed at the medicine on the table, the man then walked out of Zea's room and returned to his room.
"At least you still care about me Sam!"
