Five years later...

Nick and Nicho grow up to be super active boys, even Zea to be overwhelmed caring for two twin boys who have now started school. Fortunately, Indhi is not working in the clinic so she can help care for her grandchildren.

Not feeling the time passed so quickly, for the last five years Sam studied with his father-in-law before he was inaugurated as the leader of the new hospital. Sam is actually almost giving up, but if he gives up then Zea will replace him, so their children will be abandoned because both parents are busy working. Because of this Sam survived so far and another month he will be appointed as the new leader in place of his father-in-law.

Due to Sam's busy life and the activeness of his twins, Sam and Zea still live with their parents. Sam did not mind at all because he also did not have the heart to see Zea taking care of the children alone if they chose to stay in their home.

"Momy today I want to be escorted by dady!" said Nicho with grumbling lips, because Sam had never taken children to school because of his busyness.

"Nicho you know dad is busy right? You can't trouble dady!" nick said like ordinary people, even though their birth distance is only about five minutes, but Nick transformed into an older brother who is so mature, in contrast to the spoiled Nicho.

"Nick, stop babbling in a foreign language!" nicho protests upset, because Nick is more fluent in foreign languages, Nicho is always upset when they are talking, according to Nick makes his head dizzy.

"Stupid!" mumbled Nick casually.

"I'm done. Come on mom, let's go to school now!" Nick finished a glass of milk, he stood up and tidied up his school uniform, sometimes Zea felt Nick was prematurely grown up, the little boy even refused to be bathed since he was four years old.

"My food's not finished, Nick!" nicho again protested against his brother.

"Can't be Nick, wait for Nicho in a minute. Okay!" zea tried to break up the debate between his two sons.

"Nick, Nicho, dady's sorry that dady doesn't have time to take you to school. But dady promised, during the school holidays we will play to the amusement park. Do you agree!"

"No dad, I'd rather go to the library!" reject Nick firmly.

"The library's boring Nick, I want it to the amusement park!"

"That's why you're being stupid Nicho, you'd rather play than learn!!"

"Oh come on boy, we're going to the amusement park and after we go to the library. How, fair right?" sela Sam took a smile at the behavior of his two sons.

"Okey," Nicho agrees, but Nick is silent because he doesn't really like amusement parks.

"What about you Nick?" ask Sam.

Nick sighed, the child glanced at his twin brother at a glance and nodded in agreement.

"Yey, we're going to the amusement park" Nicho cheered happily, but the next second he was silent because he got a sharp glint and his brother.

"Let's eat it fast, we can be late!"

Everyone laughed at Nick and Nicho's adorable behavior. Although Nick was impressed firmly but he still cared about his sister, seeing the sister was eager to go to the amusement park Nick was forced to agree even though he preferred to play in places that were not too crowded.
