"What pain do you have? Why didn't you tell me?" Kay cupped the man's palm in front of her.

"You need to be healthy fast? Let me take care of you"
"I'm healthy soon. Don't worry" said Rio again.
"No, I'm staying"
The man's hand moved to get a plastic.

It was clear Kay saw Rio spewing blood.
Kay helped wash away the blood from the man.
"Already" Rio's voice whispered.
"Rio why are you? why is this so?" Kayla cried while wiping her husband's black mane.
"Rio, here..." Kay was shocked to see a handful of the man's hair in her fingers.
"it's okay, maybe because I'm thinking a lot.it's like this" Rio calmed down.
Kay continued to rub the cheek of the man in front of her.
"You're so skinny. are you too stressed thinking about our relationship?"
"no, there's an office matter as well that dominates" Rio calmed down.

The doctor came to check on Rio.

"How's doc?" Mama Tasya was impatient.
"Should be transplanted immediately. Mr. Rio is in a critical state" the doctor said.
"ma, what happened to Rio ma?" kay asked but got no answer from everyone.
"just calm down, Rio will be cured soon" papa Roni calmed her daughter-in-law.
