Why Am I Crying?
"Oh yeah, in 2 weeks you have to get out of town to attend the launch of our new product. Then the next few days you have to go to Singapore again to attend a meeting with business colleagues" Rio's assistant read out the boss's agenda.
"Retell everything"
"Oh yeah, isn't tomorrow night your cousin Sarah asked you to be present at the launch of her new venture?"
"Ah, I forgot about it" Al patted her on the forehead.
In the afternoon,
Al approached his wife in her study.
"Honey, let's go home" Al grabbed his wife's shoulder.
"But Al, I would..."
"I'll drive you"
"But..."
"I won't bother you"
"Al, but I want to be alone"
"Darling, I won't break my promise. Trust me, I'm just making sure you're okay. That's it" Al begged.
"All right, but please keep your distance from me"
"Hmm, anything for you" Al nodded.
"We go home first or directly to where you met?" Ask Al before starting the engine.
"Just go home, I'll take a shower first" replied Zifa, who was taken by Al.
After a while, Al and Zifa arrived.
"Sir, you won't have to cook dinner. I'm the same my husband wants to eat out" Zifa said with the maid's head.
A few hours later Al and Zifa had arrived in front of a fancy restaurant that must have been booked by a man who would meet Zifa.
Al sighed softly as Zifa got out of the car.
Al could see his wife walking up to a table with a handsome man sitting there.
"Oh, isn't that the owner of Andreas' company?" He continued to stare intensely at the figure of a tall and handsome man sitting with his wife.
I don't think Al's eyes are red. Between holding back anger and also heartache to see his wife laughing freely in front of the handsome man.
"Why am I crying? I'm a man" Al rubbed a drop of tears dripping from his eye patch.
"You must accept the consequences of Al. You yourself are imposing your destiny. And today is one example of the consequences. Let's just say your wife is cravings" her mind again.
2 Hours later Zifa came out of the restaurant. She immediately entered her husband's car.
"Sorry to keep you waiting a long time"
"It's okay"
Arriving at home Zifa immediately fell asleep while Al was still standing on the balcony while staring outwards with an empty mind.
Zifa seemed to forget that her husband had not eaten since lunch because Al had a meeting this afternoon.
Al himself was no longer hungry because he was stifled with disappointment.
Morning, the,,
"Honey, wake up" Al woke his wife.
"Hmm" Zifa blinked her eyes awake.
"Today you're home. I have an impromptu meeting out of town and some other business. Maybe I'll be home late"
"But Al, I want to work"
"Well, if I'm not in the office, you can't go to work. Because you're under my supervision, okay"
"Hmm yes" Zifa finally relented rather than arguing this morning.
"Have you had breakfast?" Ask Zifa a stale base while getting up from her bed.
"I did not have time, later on the road" said Al then immediately out of the room and immediately forwarded his vehicle to the city X where the meeting was held.
Arriving in the city of X Al immediately entered the meeting room.
