Into the next day,

Zifa had just woken up from her sleep. The first she reached was her cellphone hoping there was a phone call from her husband.

He breathed heavily when he did not see the call notifications from his phone. There was only a short message Al sent for him.

However, only the voice of the operator said that the Al number was not active.

Pregnant women are getting more and more upset. She called her husband's assistant.

"Hello ma'am, how can I help you?" Rio's assistant's voice was crossed.

"Can you ask Al to pick up my phone?"

"Sorry madam, this time Mr. Al is in an important meeting" the assistant lied.

"Yes, later when it's done tell him to call me back" said Zifa resigned.

The assistant looked at his boss's ward.

Doctors said Al had to be admitted to the ICU room for 3 days to make sure there were no other complications after the transplant.

The doctor also said Al's blood pressure is currently unstable which of course greatly affects this operation.

The assistant preferred to turn off his phone than he was made dizzy by the phone call from his boss' wife.

"Huhh better I use another cell phone" the assistant muttered.

3 Days passed, and,,

Al has been moved to the usual treatment room.

"Rio" he called the assistant.

"Yes boss, what's wrong?"

"It's the boss" Assistant Rio handed the flat object to his boss.

Al was a little surprised to see dozens of calls from his wife.

"Why am I the boss?" The assistant's mind was upset.

"You and your assistant are the same. You two are lost without any news!!" Zifa's voice was rising.

Rio gestured to his boss that he also turned off his phone.

Al glared at the man who he thought was too rash.

"Sorry baby, I forgot it turns out Rio's phone is dead too"

"Al, I'm not a kid you can lie to!"

"Dear, really. I'm not lying"

"You can even buy dozens of phones every day. It can't be just a small matter until you ignore your phone"

"Darling, I'm not really lying. What's in it I'm lying about anyway"

"You can have an affair" Zifa accused without basis.

"Honey, how can I turn away from you" Al tried to persuade his wife.

"Here you go, I'm sick of you" the expectant mother snorted and turned off the call.

Rio was only able to rub his chest when he heard his boss's quarrel.

"It's the boss, maybe because pregnant women's hormones go up and down so your wife's emotional" the handsome assistant.

"Hmm just maybe" Al replied without taking his eyes off his phone.

He kept trying to call his wife back but there was no answer.

"Boss, you're out of surgery. You should have calmed your mind to keep your blood pressure stable"
