After finishing touring the hospital, Kinan was introduced to the IGD room. And he went back to the management room.

They also chat while looking at the IGD room.

"Because at this hospital we don't have a female Obgyn Doctor, so I assigned Doctor Kinan to help Doctor Adam in the event."

Hearing those words for a moment Kinan was shocked. His mind began to think that it was not. He looked at Doctor Adam for a moment. Doctor Adam seemed to be indifferent to what he had just heard.
