Chapter 45. I Don't Have Friends

Raiden decides to take Zafia home. But before that, he wants to take Zafia to headquarters. He wanted to show his wife something. The enemy in the blanket who always wanted to harm his wife.

"Why do we have to go to headquarters?"

"I want to show you something. I hope you'll just prepare your heart."

"You're making my heart beat, Ray."

"Actually they've been in the base long enough. And I think the assault this time had something to do with one of them."

"Did you keep the traitors in my company?"

"You'll know after this."

Raiden stops his car in front of the headquarters and opens the door for Zafia.

"Had my father gone home?"ask Raiden to his men.

"Mr Rian is upstairs with Mr. Leo."

Raiden only responded with a nod of his head. He took Zafia into Headquarters which was bigger than the football field.

"Let's see them!"

"But this room is clean, right? I don't want to be sick anymore."

"I make sure the room is clean."

Zafia got into a room like a studio room. In front of him was a glass displaying the room next to him. In the next room were Miguel, Ferran and Erdogan.

"Ray, them?"

"Yes, I've been investigating them. Miguel and Ferran work on the man. That man is one of your enemies on the outside."

"One of them?" Zafia furrowed her brows. She seemed to have many enemies only if her husband said so.

"You think you've never had an enemy?"

"Yes, I think so. I never looked for enemies. They're looking for me, honey." Zafia stared coldly as she said that, Julian in the room smiled faintly at her boss' wife.

Zafia looked back at the glass. He can't say anything at the moment.

His heart was very disappointed. From Bella to Ferran, even Miguel is someone he's known for a long time. They're all too disappointing.

"I don't have any friends." Zafia's voice shakes when she says that and Raiden doesn't like it.

"Are you sad because of them?"

"No. Why am I sad for them. I just feel sorry for myself. Has a genius brain, but I'm not smart enough to sift through my circle of friends."

"It wasn't your fault, Baby."

"Do whatever you want to do to them. I don't give a shit. Now get me home, Ray. I'm tired."

Zafia walked out of the room. Raiden clenched his hand. Although Zafia says she is fine, Raiden knows that Zafia is currently very hurt.

"Torture them Julian. I want them to regret what they did to my wife."

"Good, Boss."

"You're still watching Bella, right?"

"Yes, Boss. He's in my custody. Even though I love him, I don't like a traitor. If he ever comes back to making a mistake. I'll eliminate him myself."

"All right, I'm holding your word."

Raiden finally caught up with Zafia who had abandoned her first.

Zafia met her father-in-law as well as her brother's in-laws.

"Uncle Leo's. How are you?"

"Good news, honey. What are you doing here?"

"So I was looking at Raiden's game."

"But it's not in hunting season yet, is it?"

"Raiden's school this time is a lowly man, Uncle."

"Oh, I'm the real hunt. Are you sick? Your face a little pale?" Rian turned his head and looked at his daughter-in-law.

"Are you sick, Fia?" ask Rian. Honestly, his daughter-in-law often makes himself anxious. If Zafia gets sick, his wife and ex-wife will blame him. Because it is thought not to be becus advising his son.
