The presence of Gita completely spoils the mood of Anang and Santi.
Especially Santi.
Anang could see his sadness and discomfort, which was evident from the look on Santi's face.
For a long time, it felt Anang would bring Santi moved again from that place, rather than Gita continue to appear there as he pleased.
"What's wrong? We're in a hurry now!" anang.
"Where are you going?"asked Gita who looked astonished, while looking at Anang and Santi, from the tip of the hair to the legs.
"You said there was something you wanted to talk about. Just talk, the taxi that picked us up has come!" said Anang.
Anang then pointed to the street that had been parked a car, which seemed to wait for Anang and Santi, with the engine still on.
Gita then turned around, and looked at what Anang had shown for a while, then turned back to face Anang and Santi.
"When are you guys back? I guess if I say it now, there won't be enough time. And what I want to talk about is pretty important to you" Gita said.
"You can come here tonight!" santi said hurriedly, without waiting for Anang who answered Gita's question, then walked towards the taxi that was waiting for them.
"Santi!" exclaim Anang who was left there with Gita.
Anang then walked quickly, hurriedly following Santi, without having a chance to say anything to Gita.
Anang only saw Gita who was still standing in front of the boarding building, when the car they were riding in had started to walk, from the window beside him.
"Why did you tell him to come back later tonight?" ask Anang.
"It's okay. I don't want to wait standing there for long. If you talk later, I can sit or lie down waiting for him" Santi said flatly.
"Why should I talk to him again? Aren't you bothered by the Gita around me?" said Anang who felt that Santi too underestimated the existence of Gita.
This time Anang was a bit annoyed with Santi's flat attitude, or Santi forced himself to act pretending not to care.
Anang when he saw Santi just talk to other men, Anang was almost crazy.
But Santi, instead let Gita talk to Anang as if he had nothing to worry about.
Does Santi really not care, if Anang turns away from him?
"Are you not jealous?" connect Anang, while looking at Santi, who is looking straight ahead.
Not waiting for long, Santi then turned to Anang with a sharp eye, and a fierce face.
The hard pinch landed on Anang's waist.
"You don't think I'm jealous? I don't want to believe you. It's not funny that Gita made such a fuss that night" Santi said.
"It was quite embarrassing when he shouted at me that night." continued Santi.
"I'm sorry...!" said Anang slowly, while rubbing his sore waist.
Santi took a long breath.
"It's not your fault... It was all my own fault. From the beginning I met him, I should not have to be arrogant, indulge in our relationship" said Santi.
Anang hugged Santi and kissed his head.
"Not to think about... It was my foolishness to say love to her, without knowing her well, that made all this mess happen." Anang said.
"Would you like to move out of that boarding house?" asked Anang who was still hugging Santi.
Santi took off Anang's embrace and looked at Anang.
"Moved? We live there not until a month," said Santi.
"Yes, let the Gita can't bother us anymore" Anang said.
Anang hugged Santi tightly, until they arrived at Santi's father's house.
Upon arrival at Santi's father's house, Anang and Santi had to look at each other, when entering the yard of Santi's father's house.
Four-wheeled vehicles almost filled the front yard of Santi's father's house.
Santi's father is having a lot of guests?
Anang tried to tidy up his crumpled shirt as much as he could.
"It's okay, baby... At most they are Papa's office friends" said Santi while holding Anang, and brought Anang to keep walking in.
Although only office friends or anyone who is there, still Anang must be able to look good, not like a person who just woke up.
It's true that Anang had been lying down for a long time with Santi, but there's no need for it to be shown in the crowd, right?
The front door of Santi's father's house was wide open, without Anang having time to press the bell, Santi pulled Anang to go straight into the house.
Confused to see the number of people in the big house.
Those people's eyes too, as if they could strip Anang there with their eyes.
Little made Anang stay calm, because Santi did not take off his arm in Anang's hand, while walking through the crowd.
Sometimes Anang smiled at the people who saw them.
"You have come" said Santi's father as he walked over to Anang and Santi.
Santi's father, who was wearing formal and neat clothes, seemed to pay attention to Anang and Santi from head to toe.
Santi who only wears a loose T-shirt with long jeans, more or less the same as Anang who only wears a shirt, paired with long jeans, complete with sports shoes the same as Santi.
Anang felt very awkward among all the people who wore formal clothes, some even wore suits and ties, complete with shiny leather shoes.
"Sorry, Sir! I didn't know that there would be guests coming" Anang said.
"Ah, it's okay. They're all close acquaintances of Papa's. They won't bother with our appearance" Santi chanted lightly.
"You guys just go straight to the dining room. We have lunch together, Papa will invite Papa's friends to follow you," said Santi's father.
"Good, Sir!" anang Sahut.
Santi then brought Anang continued to walk deep into the house, until in the room with two long tables that were lined with chairs near him.
"We'll just sit here" said Santi, who chose the two seats closest to the end of the table.
"Do we have to have lunch with your Papa's friends?" ask Anang.
"Yes. Papa said that he wanted us to have lunch with his friends, I just didn't expect that he would bring his friends that much" said Santi.
Anang looked around him.
"You usually eat in this room?" asked Anang who was confused.
"No. This is a place to eat when there are guests. If it's just us, usually in the next room, in the family dining room." said Santi.
Not yet Anang spoke again, Santi's father and his friends had walked into the room, and took their seats.
Santi's father took a seat at the end of the table right near Anang and Santi, then stood up from his seat.
"Include! This is Anang, who is getting married to my only child next week" Santi's father said almost half-calling, signaling Anang to stand up.
So was Santi, who asked her father to stand with Anang.
"Please do'a his blessing, so that all our good plans, can run smoothly!" keep Santi's dad.
