LUNA (SUBSTITUTE WOMAN)
THE WOMAN WHO DISAPPEARED

Luna muttered in admiration as she entered the room where Arjuna worked which was so luxurious. He had been in the room before with Carnation, but he did not pay much attention because at that time he was very tired after running around the road to deliver the file belonging to Arjuna, who was very tired, and annoyed at Arjuna who left himself in the lobby, when he fainted.

"The room is beautiful." Luna commented.

Arjuna smiled seeing Luna so happy. "I'm the one who arranged everything that's here. Even I'm the one who determines all the colors of paint and furniture that's here."

"really? Then your taste is great, sir." Luna replied with eyes that were still busy sweeping through everything in the room.

Arjuna nodded. "As much as I am in anything is good. It's not just about the interior and exterior, I also have a good taste when it comes to choosing women."

Vishnu who was also in the room laughed at what Arjuna said. "Yes, that's right, sir, just look at Bu Anye. He's amazing, no one can match him especially when it comes to spying on you."

Luna held back the laughter by painstakingly hearing Vishnu's comments which she found funny. Vishnu blatantly mocks the habits of Carnations who often spy on Arjuna.

"Anye is a rare woman. But getting it is a fortune. At least I learned to be a loyal husband and not dare to mess around."

"Yes, but still you insisted on going to the Red House a few months ago just for the sake of a woman." Vishnu glancing naughty.

Arjuna's face turned crimson as soon as he heard what Vishnu said. He was ashamed of Luna, Luna could have misunderstood his intention to go there.

While Luna did not care much, she actually looked wrong. Even so, Luna tried to stay calm and pretend that she did not know what the Red House was.

"You know that I'm not there for anything" grumbled Arjuna, throwing an annoyed look at Vishnu who was giggling. Arjuna then looked at Luna, and said, "I did absolutely nothing there. I'm just looking for a woman to see if she's okay or not."

Luna scrunched her forehead. "What is the Red House? And who are you looking for, sir?" Luna pretended not to know. "What's your affair?"

"You really don't know what the Red House is? That place is very famous here." Vishnu replied, then continued, "Red House is the biggest place in the city. All the women there are the best and hottest women. That's what my friend who used to come there said."

"Oh, yeah." Luna alternately looked at Arjuna and Vishnu with a pouting face.

"Yes, that's it. And Mr. Arjuna kept thinking about one of the women he had seen while we were there. That woman is troubling Mr. Juna's mind every second."

Luna looked curious. He listened well to Vishnu's every utterance and watched Vishnu without blinking a single moment. "Is the woman beautiful, or perhaps sexy enough that our super duper-looking boss thinks about her all the time?" Luna asked fiercely.

Realizing the annoyance in Luna's voice, Arjuna immediately said, "I'm not interested because she's beautiful or she's sexy, Luna."

"Then? It feels impossible if you think of a woman for anything else, other than because she is sexy and beautiful. You're a normal guy and all normal guys are basket-eyed guys." Luna looked increasingly upset. While Vishnu looks very confused because Luna is so brave on Arjuna.

"I told you that's not what happened." Arjuna was still trying to explain, but it was useless, Luna even more sullen, even the woman now looks like she wants to cry.

Seeing that, Arjuna became confused. He wants to calm Luna down and convince Luna that his feelings for the mysterious woman in the Red House are not what Luna thinks they are, but the existence of Vishnu makes it impossible for Arjuna to approach and embrace Luna as he wishes. After all, his assistant did not know about the relationship between Luna and himself.

"I'm sorry. I think I want to throw up now!" Luna turned around leaving behind Arjuna who felt very guilty.

"Hem, Vishnu. Go to the HRD section, and bring some files from Mr. Josef. There's some things I need to check, and when I cross paths with Luna asking her to come back here, there's a file she needs to finish." Arjuna gave the order to Vishnu. "And if you don't cross paths with Luna, find her and tell her I'm waiting in my room."

Vishnu nodded. "Okay, sir, I'm gonna find that new employee." After saying that, Vishnu immediately came out of the room to execute Arjuna's orders.

Before heading to the HRD room, Vishnu first look for the existence of Luna. He checked the toilet, and when he did not find Luna there, he turned to the pantry on the floor, and sure enough he found Luna there, the woman was sitting daydreaming and stabbing the table with a fork.

Geck, tok, tok!

Vishnu knocked on the door that was already in an open position, making Luna surprised and immediately stood up to approach Vishnu.

"Yes, sir," said Luna.

"What are you doing here? Instead of returning to Mr. Juna's room and starting to work, you are fun to relax here" said Vishnu.

"I need to be alone for a minute. I don't know why I want to throw up every time I see Mr. Juna's face." Luna replied casually. There was no burden when he said that.

Vishnu glared at Luna. "Whatdidyou say? If until Mr. Juna heard, he could be angry What is with his face so you want to vomit every time you see it. Don't make it up, Luna. Hurry back there, he's waiting for you, there's a lot of work you have to do."

"No. I don't want to!" Luna refused. He did not want to go back to see the face of Arjuna who was pretentious, but it turned out that secretly the man was very fond of playing with many women.

Vishnu glared back. "How can you not want to? Juna sir is our boss. Jeez Luna, you have to be a little more polite if you want to continue working at a big company like this. Get over there!" snapped Vishnu, making Luna immediately run towards Arjuna's room. He did not want to get a long scolding from Vishnu who did look so chatty and grumpy.

Arriving in front of Arjuna's room, Luna went straight into the room without knocking first, and how surprised Luna was when she saw a man sitting on the sofa with Arjuna.

"Sir Bimo," muttered Luna.

Seeing Bimo was busy talking to Arjuna, making Luna's body tremble. The two men were not aware of his presence. Both of them were chatting and joking, looking so familiar. Sometimes Arjuna raises a fist on Bimo's shoulder, as well as Bimo.

Luna took a step back, trying to remain invisible at all costs. After her hand could grab the doorknob, Luna immediately turned around and walked out of Arjuna's room.

"Where do you want to go, miss?" ask the driver as soon as Luna has sat in it.

Luna was silent for a moment, she tried to catch her breath and neutralize the shock that was still so felt. Then he answered. "Anywhere, sir."

The driver raised his eyebrows.

Seeing the confusion on the taxi driver's face, Luna read his words. "Beach only. Not far from here there's a beach, right?"

"Yes, lady, there's a beach around here. I'll take you there" said the taxi driver, who was ignored by Luna. The woman was already engrossed in her own thoughts which made her not care about anything else.

Luna leaned her head against the back of the passenger seat, then pulled out her phone and pressed the number one directly connected to Zion's number.

Luna was hoping to talk to Zion at this time, but after repeatedly contacting Zion, her call was not connected and instead diverted to a voicemail.

"Zi, it's Luna. If you hear this message, pick me up at Mr. Juna's residence. I have to get out of there, Zi, and if you don't pick me up as soon as possible, don't blame me if I decide to follow my mother to heaven" Luna said in tears. Then he said back. "I work for DD Group from today as you wish. But do you know who I saw there? You wouldn't have expected that no matter how much I tried to hide, I still wouldn't be safe without you. Quickly pick me up, before I rot and just stay the name."

Luna disconnected the phone call and closed her eyes. He did not think that Arjuna and Bimo knew each other. Both of them look so familiar. If Bimo sees him and tells him who he really is to Arjuna, I don't know what Arjuna will do. Will Arjuna take care of her and their child?

Thinking about it made Luna's heart even sadder. He did not even care if his crying voice was heard by the taxi driver sitting in front of him. She could not bear the sadness anymore, and crying was the only way she could calm down.

Arjuna goes around the DD Group building to look for Luna's whereabouts, something he's never done before. He even requested that all employees open their eyes wide to find Luna's whereabouts.

Vishnu and Rayan tailed behind Arjuna, both of whom began to sweat and fatigue but still did not find Luna anywhere.

"Sir, the new employee is nowhere to be. Rayan and I have been looking around the building. We even went down to the storage shed, but Luna wasn't there." Vishnu complains.

"Did you really see him heading into my room this afternoon?" ask Arjuna to Vishnu.

Vishnu nodded. "Yes, sir, I saw him walking into your room before I headed to the HRD section. There's no way she didn't show up in your room."

Arjuna rubbed his face violently. He was really worried right now because Luna just disappeared. That woman doesn't even have a penny.

"Maybe he went home without informing you, sir. Perhaps something urgent and sudden." Rayan gave a reasonable opinion.

Arjuna nodded. "True, maybe he went home. Let me call Carnations first." Arjuna then passes from before Vishnu and Rayan.

"Bu Anye's. Why should I call Bu Anye. Does Luna live with them?" ask Vishnu to Rayan.

"Where do I know. I am a God who knows everything" answered Rayan, a little sewot.

Soon Arjuna again appeared before Rayan and Vishnu. "Luna didn't come home. Carnations said he wasn't home. Let's go find it again.

"Yes, God, we want to find him where else. If only I could see this whole building like CCTV." Vishnu whining.

Hearing Vishnu's whimper, Arjuna and Rayan stop their steps, then both snap their fingers together. "CCTV!"

"Why not think about it since then" said Arjuna, who immediately stepped quickly into the control room where there were monitors to monitor every activity in the building that had been recorded by CCTV cameras.

However, not to mention that they arrived at the monitoring room, a security man ran towards Arjuna. "Sir, sir, there's good information." The security shouted out loud.

"What's wrong?" ask Arjuna.

"Below there was a taxi driver who seemed to see Luna the new employee, sir," said the security guard.

The taxi driver who some time ago drove Luna to the beach looked agitated when he saw three handsome and neat-looking men approaching him along with a security who some time ago he met.

"I am Juna, I am the owner of DD Group. Did you see Luna?" arjuna asked without further ado as soon as he arrived in front of the driver.

The taxi driver nodded. "Yes, Sir. I came back here and reported because I saw the woman was desperate. He cried in my taxi and called someone he called Zi. She mentioned her name like this, this is Luna. He asked to be picked up from Mr. Juna's house, otherwise he would follow his mother to heaven. That's what the woman said."
