Alvaro stepped into Lethicia's room. Lethicia's pale face, her eyes were closed. Alvaro wants to deliver good news to his wife. Of course the news about her pregnancy. "Honey..
Lethichia opened her eyes.
Suddenly Lethicia's tears came pouring down her face. Alvaro was silent at that.
"Assensio's alive, Varo. I'm pretty sure it's Assensio. MY HUSBAND".
Degg.Alvaro's heart was racing to hear and see the condition of Lethicia when he mentioned the name Assensio.
"His husband? By looking at the face of a male like Assensio alone could make Lethicia affected like this? What if it turns out that man is really Assensio? If Assensio was really still alive what would Lethicia do, back to the man's embrace?", Alvaro's inner turmoil and rumbling held back the anger that had suddenly taken hold of him.
"I know very well, the man I saw earlier Assensio. Assensio was still alive", said Lethicia sobbing.
Alvaro stared at Lethicia's face with a wiping look, his jaw hardened and clenched into his two hands. Trying his hardest to control himself, calming himself. Alvaro closed his eyes. He sat his body on the chair next to Lethicia's bed.
Alvaro turned his face away, covering up his disappointment at what his wife had said. "Calm yourself. I don't want anything to happen with my son Lethicia!", said Alvaro trying his hardest to be calm.
Alvaro's words make Lethicia wake up. Is getting heard. Lethicia did not even say anything when Alvaro said about Lethicia's current condition.
"Are you unhappy to hear that you're pregnant with my son, Lethicia. You're not even surprised to hear that. Did your encounter with a man like Assensio affect you so much?", said Alvaro staring fixedly at Lethicia's face.
"But he's really Assensio, Varo I know that" Lethicia cut.
Lethicia was silent at Alvaro's words. He wiped his tears, gently rubbing his stomach. "I'm sorry, for being so surprised to see a man who looks so much like your brother, making me like this Varo. Of course I want an.."
"Ahh. If you feel good, we'll go back to the hotel. You should rest for the next two days. I cancelled our flight home to Barcelona today" Alvaro said flatly. The words and gestures of Lethicia's body just a moment ago were so hard on Alvaro's heart. Tenyata Assensio still so influenced Lethicia's heart. Alvaro knew that.
