The doctor didn't answer Alvaro's question. Doctor Valeria's face changed. "Heard a double heartbeat" the doctor said.
"We should check the USG again to confirm my allegations" said Valeria doctor.
Instantly the smiles on Alvaro's and Lethicia's faces disappeared. The two married couples turned tense.
