Chapter 49 - The Mystery of Kades

Chapter 49 DPT

Bayu's sense of hearing heard something that seemed to be spoken by a woman. On the sidelines of the development, his name was called. Bayu looked around, looked to the right, looked to the left. He wondered who called him.

“Wood, Bayu, Bayu,” the voice was greeting.

"Hmmm, means Ana's still at Mr. Kades' house. I went there first, yes, want to find Ana," said Jaya.

"Be careful, Jay," said Risa.

"Sa, I've been sniffing. Let's follow Princess Ana. He is alone, Prince Jaya is a subtle creature no human can see him except us" said Bayu while trying to rise.

Ana is still in the backyard of Mr. Kades' house. He followed the ghostly figure of the kuntilanak that floated earlier. Jaya looks for him to the back of Mr. Kades' house.

"Wait, why are you bothering my friend?" ask Ana.

"I was just wondering why he could see me like you. Only Misan and his damned young wife could see creatures like me. But me and the others were too afraid to face them" said the kuntilanak.

"Did Mbah Misan know that his young wife was a baby-eating demon?" ask Ana.

"You seem to know, huh? They're both the same. The Retno did a prank to kill me and the wives of the Misan. But, Misan is just as bad. He has ambitions as a king" he said.

"Wait ... Ambitious as king? Is he the one who got the King hit by the witchcraft?" ask Ana.

"Of course, who else?" Kuntilanak grinned as he approached Ana.

Meanwhile at Mr. Kades' house, the fifty-year-old man slipped until his forehead hit the edge of the table. On his forehead immediately spit out blood. Many times the man seemed to be trying to escape. However, as he tried to escape, his right leg instead crashed into the leg of the table in the living room and made him fall to the floor again. There was a black-robed figure chasing after him.

"Go you! Just go! I'm going to throw you at the king!" exclaim Mr. Kades.

Mr. Kades then fell to the floor as the black-robed figure pushed him. The glass of white water on the table spilled and wetted part of the floor. The electrical connection cable or roll cable also fell scattered when the kuntilanak hit the man's body.

The roll connection had a torn electrical cable turned out. Then, at that moment also the power cord that accidentally splashed water suddenly suffered a short circuit and flowed the electric current that stung the body of Mr. Kades. The man looked floundering and had convulsions until part of his body was charred. Suddenly, the voltage of electricity in his house dropped and made the state of the house become pitch black.

Ana who was behind the house suddenly turned her head when she saw Mr. Kades' house extinguished.

"What's the light off now?" muttered Ana.

"He's dead" said the kuntilanak.

"Him? She who?" Ana cringing.

The kuntilanak ghost just showed it to Mr. Kades' house. A few minutes later, Ana immediately ran to the front of Mr. Kades' house. Bu Kades appeared unconscious in his yard with his two children.

"What are you doing here?" accuse the man with the mustache.

"I don't know either, sir. I saw Mr. Kades' house turn off the lights and I came here to know they had fainted" said Ana.

Jaya arrived with Risa and Bayu. Ana immediately threw herself into Jaya's arms and had made the residents confused.

"Seek him to call the other citizens! I'll try to get into this house!" tell Jaya to Ana.

Ana asked the citizen to call the other citizens. He and Risa then help Bu Kades and his family to wake up.

Bayu ventured to find the MCB box. The man walked over to the electric box next to Mr. Kades' house. Then, the lights around the house and in Mr. Kades' house then lit up later. Jaya gasps when she finds Mr. Kades lifeless.

"Have lived the lights, maybe the electricity went down so it died all,” said Bayu who looked at the face of Mother Mar, his wife Pak Kades who was already human.

"What's this, Mom?" ask Ana.

"We also do not know that obviously we are dizzy to continue to follow the father who is inside. But we passed out" he replied.

Bayu tried to open the door but it was locked. Jaya exclaims from the inside that the door is locked because of witchcraft and sir Kades has died horribly inside. Ana, Bayu, and Risa Hanta stared at each other after hearing Jaya's exclamation.

Finally, Bayu tried to recite the prayers he could say. Especially the verse of the chair, so that with the help of God, the door of the house can be opened again and easy to enter.

Bu Kades then got up even though Ana had held him back. However, he was late. Ms. Kades has seen the terrible condition of her dead husband. He screamed hysterically while crying when several other residents came to the house.

"No, Sa. But he knows something about the crimes of Mbak Retno and Mbah Misan" Ana said.

Ana then stepped into the backyard of Mr. Kades' house back.

"Where are you going?" ask Risa.

"There's something I have to ask the kuntilanak" Ana said.

Bu Kades' voice was heard still screaming and crying over her husband's body. The woman was aghast to see her husband's body lying on the floor with a condition that half his body was charred to show the skin peeling it.

“Do not touch, Mom!” yang Bayu warned for fear that the electricity was still burning and could sting Bu Kades and his children.

The wailing cries of Bu Kades instantly resuscitated her from the daydream. Stone immediately unplug electrical cable roll. He also cleaned the water on the floor with one of the other residents.

"Son, please take my husband to the doctor, save his life!” pinta Bu Kades cried uncontrollably with tears on Bayu.

"He's dead, Mom!" said the woman in the hood of her neighbor Bu Kades while holding her.

Everyone was surprised to see Mr. Kades lying on the floor with his half-empty body.

"Sir .. wake up Sir!" the hysterically crying cry of Bu Kades stared at the lifeless body of her husband.

One of the residents also asked Mr. Kades and was immediately shocked when he looked at the body of the homeowner who was lying lifeless on the living room floor.

All the residents who were there who saw the body of Mr. Kades were immediately shocked with round eyes when staring at the body of the charred. They did not know what was going on at the time. Bayu was stunned for a while.

Retno came with Mbok Darmi. She approached Ms. Kades by entering the house to appease the woman who was still crying over her husband's death.

"Already, Mom. All of this is the destiny of the Supreme Being" he said, hugging Bu Kades who had almost fainted.

Jaya pulls Bayu out later as she feels Mbak Retno glancing at her.

"Where are Ana and Risa?" whisik Jaya's.
