Chapter 58 DPT
Jaya still observes King Aaron struggling with the spirit summoning doll in hand. Suddenly, Jaya gasped when she saw a lush shrub in front of them. Jaua saw a pair of large trees. The tree is very creepy because the stature of the tree is a bit strange.
"There is no way the wind can move the big tree trunk, let alone the other tree does not move at all" thought Jaya.
Then, a subtle roar sounded out of nowhere it came from all of a sudden. The banyan tree was again moving, now faster than before. Jaya was aghast when she saw the tree change to another form.
"Whatis that? Isn't it just a tree? Why would he move like that?" Jaya retreated slowly when she saw the shape change on the tree.
"He appeared. You have to be careful!" king Aaron warned.
The branches of the tree incarnated into a pair of long, frail hands. Hands trying to hug. And the trunk of the banyan tree that now looks like a pair of long legs from thigh to knee. The huge tree now appeared like a strange creature. His skin was pitch-black and hair dangled to the ground. While the position of the creature was like crouching, staring towards Jaya and King Aaron.
"What is Ravana?" ask Jaya.
"It was just a shadow that Ravana formed. But you still cannot underestimate it" said King Aaron.
For some reason, Jaya felt fear entering her body. He thought he could fight the devil. King Aaron began to rise and began to gather his strength. Jay finally tried to move forward. King Aaron forbade it.
"Don't go there! He can take you and control you!" the king of jin.
The tree shadow that was like a tree had disappeared.
"He was watching the situation. It seems like he's watching you too" said King Aaron.
"So, can you fight it?" ask Jaya.
"Eitherway. What is clear is that if we misstep a little bit, he will devour us if you get closer to him," said King Aaron and then sat down cross-legged.
Jaya sits cross-legged in the hope of King Aaron.
"What are you doing?" ask King Aaron.
"Take after you" said Jaya.
"Basic stupid! I said I should start and fight it alone! You have to take care of Ana and Risa. And most importantly, you have to take care of your son! Go now!" decreed again.
"Ta-tapi–"
"Go now, Prince Jaya! No, I mean. Raja Jaya. I will bring you back into your body! Go now!" exclaim King Aaron.
The ritual ceremony of seance that once stuck in the river finally began. As King Aaron had expected earlier, the ghosts could not be cooperated with easily. He realized that the problem this time was not easy to overcome.
King Aaron knew that Devil Ravana had power still on him. For this reason, King Aaron sacrificed in order to raise Jaya because the only way to seal and even control the Devil Ravana is someone who has high kanuragan knowledge or at least a pure descendant of Mangkulangit, the founder of the Garuda Kingdom.
Suddenly, Jaya's surroundings began to blow with stronger winds than before. Amidst the roar of strong wind, Jaya tried to hold on. He did not know that King Aaron was making a sacrifice.
Ana and Risa seem anxious while waiting for their husbands to arrive. However, only Jay showed up.
"How, what happened?" tanya Ana sounded panicked.
"He asked us to get out of here!" bring Jaya.
"Him? You mean my husband?" ask Risa.
Jaya nodded.
"Huh? Then why didn't he come back?" risa Sentak.
Jay was silent.
"He's coming back, right?" Risa gripped Jaya's arm.
Ana, who does not understand the situation, continues to follow Jaya's orders. He pulled Risa to come along. Sayup-sayup, they saw King Aaron was cupping both hands in front of the chest while casting a spell. I don't know what King Aaron is doing, but deep down in Ana's heart, he just wants this all to come to an end.
However, when King Aaron was begging by the river, something suddenly happened. Something is moving on the surface of the water. The ripples of the water looked different than usual. It was as if a huge monster wanted to get out of there.
"I gave up all my strength to return Prince Jaya back to her body!" exclaimed King Aaron then an explosion accompanied by a thick cloud soaring high into space. Like a volcanic eruption that has just coughed issued its badus.
...***...
As he was about to escape, something emerged from the river and suddenly pulled Jaya. Ana, who saw Jaya drawn into the river, ran and was about to help, but she could not. Risa.
Something keeps bringing Jaya into the river. The man attempted to swim to the surface but something that appeared kept him in check.
The situation is getting more serious and in this very critical situation, Aja quickly contacted Bayu to ask for help to him to find a boat near the river owned by the residents.
"Prepare the boat, and take it to the river, now! Hurry quickly!" exclaim Ana.
Bayu immediately complies with Ana's orders. Shortly after, there was a resident who had a boat approaching Ana. Immediately, Ana asked for help. Then, the boat floated on the surface of the river and approached Jaya.
Ana screams and asks Jaya to swim and get on the boat. Jay then tried to do it. One thing Ana must realize, now the figure of Jaya does not wear a shroud like a pocong. Jaya's body has returned to normal like an ordinary human.
"Well, isn't that Prince Jaya?" ask people who recognize him.
Ana nodded. A smile expands on his face.
"You should get here!" exclamation Ana when she saw Jaya managed to get on the boat.
Jaya nodded. However, something held the boat. Jay looked behind him. He knew he couldn't move. Jaya then gave the code with a headband to Ana. He can't do it.
"Don't give up, baby! Think of it as a way to save your kingdom! I don't want you to die!" Ana again exclaimed from the riverbank with an anxious look on her face.
"Let me follow Prince Jaya" said the resident.
"No, Sir! I'm sure my husband will be able to get through those obstacles" Ana said.
Eventually, the people complied. Jaya tried again to paddle towards the middle of the river. However, something happened beyond reason. Jaya saw an apparition on the bridge. There was a female ghost wearing a shabby white negligee and carrying a candle. They were walking down the wooden bridge. Everything seems quiet. Jaya saw the images of ghosts on the moving bridge in a black-and-white painting. A strange and stifling picture to behold.
The sudden strange atmosphere made Jaya aghast. On the riverbank, he found no more Ana. It looks like ancient royal buildings are rare. Around Jaya there are lush forests and shrubs. Everything feels so scary.
Jaya's boat climbed under the bridge. When the man looked up at the bridge, he saw the figure of a woman standing there. The king believed the woman was waiting for him.
The more Jaya looked at the beautiful woman on the bridge, the more convinced she was that she was not human. It might be the ghost of the bridge-wearing woman.
Jaya's body suddenly trembled. A cold chill came and made the man's hair more bristling.
It felt like Jaya wanted to shout out a call, but the young man's throat felt choked. The sighting of the female ghost is becoming more and more apparent. He looked towards Jaya also very fixed.
Jaya saw the female ghost more clearly. Jaya tried to paddle away, but her hand felt motionless. Jaya's body suddenly stiffened.
The female ghost looked at Jaya getting sharper with a grinning laugh. Suddenly, the ghost floated up and quickly led to Jaya. He knew.
"I-ibu–"
Jay tried to survive. However, he accidentally fell into the river. The pitch-black cloud over Jaya's sense of sight. The young man began to feel resigned and thought that it was the end of his life. Jaya seemed to drift as consciousness gradually disappeared. But it was clear that he met his mother.
