"Kin, I can't continue this relationship" Dio said seriously.
A year of being in a relationship with Kinan did not allow Dio to forget Cut in his heart and mind. Dio thought after he had a relationship with another woman that Dio could forget about Cut, but Cut's shadow becomes more and more real to him and Dio is unable to open his heart at all to other women including his own beloved Kinan. A piece of her heart just misses and loves Cut.
Kinan smiled, he already knew his relationship with Dio would end like this because all this time the relationship had only run in place. Being Dio's lover was just a status because Dio never loved him, they were in a relationship because Dio wanted to forget Cut but until now Dio could not forget the woman.
"It doesn't matter Dio, we can be friends. Because I know this relationship cannot continue" said Kinan who made Dio relieved.
"Thank you, Kin. I really can't continue our relationship" Dio said honestly.
"I understand Dio. But try to forget about Cut because she is already someone else's wife" Kinan said wisely.
Dio sighed harshly. "Yes I know that. Maybe this is the karma that I got after constantly rejecting Cut first and now I feel what Cut felt long ago, sadly I can no longer reach Cut even if I just say a word of regret for him," said Dio painfully. It was that tightness that Dio felt every time he remembered Cut.
"Don't drag on in a regret, Dio. All right, I'm going back to my room because soon I'm going to have surgery on my patients" Kinan said, patting him on the shoulder.
"Good friends!" kinan said before stepping off his foot leaving Dio alone in the hospital garden.
Dio smiled cynically. His eyes were closed when a few days ago he saw Cut admitted to this hospital, actually Dio wanted to get closer but he did not have the courage just to greet the Cut family who is actually still his own family. At that time Dio was very panicked to see Cut unconscious, he wanted to check on Cut but Dio had no power whatsoever. And the saddest thing for him is when Dio got news from the doctor who handled Cut, if Cut was pregnant with Ihsan's child.
"If I have a second life then I want you to be my wife, Cut. Say I'm selfish always praying if you are my soul mate later but that is my greatest wish. If that happens then I will treat you like a queen who reigns in my heart" Dio murmured softly.
Dio placed his hand on his left chest. "Even the beat is still the same every time I think of you," Dio muttered with a smile.
"You still look very pretty even though your face is pale" Dio said softly. "I wanted to get close and ask you about your situation but I was completely incapable, Cut. I was a coward but I did this so that I could forget you but still your name rests on my heart from the past until now. Then what do I do now?"

"I'm thirsty, Bang. Want to drink" Cut said slowly.
"Let Brother take his drink, you go to the room, honey. Can not be tired," said Ihsan firmly.
"Oh my goodness, Bang. I'm not tired if I just take a drink in the kitchen," said Cut amusedly looking at her husband's alertness when it comes to him.
"Let you take the drink, baby!" repeat the situation firmly.
"Yes already. All the same wine, Bang. It looks good and fresh eating grapes now," said Cut relented.
"Yes, Honey. Anything else?" asked Ihsan happily because he could obey his wife's craving.
"That's it, Bang," replied Cut gently.
"alright. Momentary, Daddy's son. I turned off the laptop first just took what you want," said Ihsan stroking Cut's stomach gently.
"Yes Father," replied Cut by mimicking the voice of the little boy who made Ihsan laugh.

"Dad to the kitchen first. Wait in the room yes," said Ihsan softly.
