Cut was taken to a special room ECT therapy to be done by Dio and other doctors.
The Sultan looked at his son from behind a large window. He hugged Mashita and Ika tightly when he saw clearly when Dio and the doctor inside had started doing therapy on Cut by an electrical device that made his son's body vibrate and would definitely obeying the performance of his son's brain.
"Grandfather, why is your body shaking?" mashita asked with fear.

Cut looked around him with a very confused feeling. Why is he in the hospital?

"Accident?" cut asked stammeringly he tried to remember everything but Cut did not remember the incident at all.
"I don't remember at all!" cut said, shaking his head in frustration.
"Not to be forced!" said Dio stroking Cut's hand.
Cut looked at Dio's hand. He felt something strange as Dio clasped his hand, with Cut quickly pulling his hand. Somehow Cut felt guilty about someone when Dio touched his hand but Cut didn't know who it was.
Dio stared softly at Cut but it did not last long as Dio immediately smiled sweetly as he saw Mashita enter Cut's nursery along with Sultan and Ika.
"Mother!" call Mashita happily but Cut's response remains the same she was confused with the little boy in front of her who called her 'mother'.
"B-mother? You who?" tanya Cut looked at Mashita deeply.
Dio looked at Mashita. He who responded directly carried Mashita.
"Mother forgot mashita?" mashita murmured with gibberish.
"l-forgetted? Ma, Pa explain to Cut this how? Cut doesn't know why he's in this hospital and this little boy..."
"Yes Mashita is your son with Dio. Mashita's always waiting for you to wake up, baby!" Ika said in the end.
"I'm sorry you had to lie, honey! This is all Mama lakukam for your health" Ika murmured in her heart.
