Cut was really confused to see himself who was already in a place that Cut had no idea about. Suddenly he was here and there was not a single person he met in this place.
"Dragon!" call Cut by shouting.

"Father!"
Cut looked around him in confusion as well as panic. Where's everybody? Why not be with him.
"Abang Ihsan, I'm scared!" cut said with teary eyes.
"Where is it? A mashita?" screamed Cut with fear.
Cut ran with all his strength looking for the whereabouts of his husband and son and mom, dad and whoever could help him now.
"Abang please Cut! Cut's afraid of being alone hicks..." Unable to stem his tears now Cut cried, he sat on the grass empty feeling because there was no one to help him at this time.
"Hiks...Brother please Cut! This where is it? Cut was afraid of hiks.." raved Cut with a sob.
"Darling!" call out a voice that makes Cut stop his crying immediately. She wiped her tears quickly when she saw her husband nearby.
"Ang, Cut's scared!" said Cut directly hugged Ihsan tightly.
Ihsan returned his wife's embrace tightly. However, it did not last long Ihsan immediately released his embrace which made Cut look sadly at her husband.
"Abang can't linger here, honey. You have to go!" said Ihsan with a smile.
"E-don't! Brother can't leave! If you go get Cut too!" cut said in a panic.
Ihsan smiled. "Abang can't take you, honey. There are still many people who love you, come back baby!" said Ihsan gently.
"Where are you going? We promised to stay together but why would you leave Cut alone?" cut asked frantically as her husband stepped back away.
"Cut come, Bang!"
"Mother!" shouted the two little children whose faces looked the same and very similar to the fusion of her and Ihsan's faces.
"Who are you?" cut asked confusedly.
"We are Mother's children! Mother must not come with us, Mother must return Shita's sister is waiting for Mother there!" said one of the children with a smile
"My-my child?" ask Cut in stammer. Since when did he have twins?
"Abang has to go along with our two twins, honey. Be happy because we are also happy here," Ihsan said with a smile. A painful smile for Cut!
"Don't leave me!" pinta Cut is smirking but her husband and two children are getting away.
"Mother!" mashita shouted that made Cut undo his intention to pursue Ihsan and his two children.
Cut approached his son and hugged Mashita tightly. "Mother will not leave Mashita!" cut said softly but in his heart was very scared.

"Cut you cry?" dio said softly when he saw Cut's tears flowing from Cut's eyes that were still closed. It's been five days since the accident but until now Cut hasn't regained consciousness.
The hair that is usually wrapped in hijab is now partially bald because the surgery he underwent on the head made Dio look at Cut with a sliver.
"Guts!" call Cut in a panic when Cut's heart detector sounds with Cut's breath looking tight.
Dio quickly pressed the emergency button near Cut. Shortly the doctors and nurses arrived.
"Dok, suddenly Cut's breath was tight and his heart was weak" Dio said frantically.
"Doctor Dio's better get out first. We'll handle Meisya!" the doctor said firmly.
Dio nodded, walking out of Cut's room for the doctors to examine Cut intensively even though Dio was reluctant to leave Cut now.
"What's Dio? What happened to Cut?" sultan asked in panic.
"Suddenly Cut's breath was tight, Om and his heartbeat weakened. Dio saw Cut shed his tears" Dio said softly.
"Oh God, Cut. Don't leave Papa, son!" sultan said slowly.
"Pa's." He hugged the Sultan tightly. She knew how worried the Sultan was about Cut now even her husband had forgotten to eat because he was waiting for Cut's consciousness.
"Prophey yes, Pa. Papa is calm! Mama is sure Cut is fine," said Ika with a soft word.
"Quiet how, Ma? Cut my boy! You don't know how I tried to raise Cut by myself! And now he's in such a state? How should I calm down? She's also gonna leave me like Cut's mom left me? You don't understand how I feel!" sultan said sharply.

Ika looked at the Sultan in disbelief. Just this time Ihsan snapped with words that hurt her so much, Ika knew her husband's worries but couldn't she not snap at him?

Shortly the doctor came out of Cut's room. The Sultan who wanted to apologize to his wife expressed his intentions. "How's my son doing, Doc?" asked the Sultan anxiously.
"Alhamdulillah Meisya state has stabilized we just wait for Meisya consciousness," said the doctor explained with a smile that makes everyone feel relieved.
"Alhamdulillah O Allah!" say everything with relief.
Dio could finally smile in relief. "Showever Shita will meet Mother!" dio murmured in his heart.
