Cut looked hesitant as he was about to enter Obgyn's doctor's room. He stared at Dio who was clasping his hands tightly, not wanting to waste time Dio wanted Cut to do a direct examination.
"A-branch sure Cut's pregnant? What if Cut isn't pregnant?" ask Cut slowly.
Dio smiled warmly. "Check it out, honey. If you're not pregnant it means we need to work hard again later that night" Dio replied with a slow chuckle not wanting Cut to get more tense.
"Ang, Cut seriously!" whining Cut that makes Dio rub the head of Cut wrapped in hijab.
"Abang is serious too, dear. Let's check for a minute who knows that our child is already present in your womb. Even if it's not okay, we can try again" said Dio gently, which made Cut a little calm.
Finally Cut and Dio went into the gynecologist's room. Dio called the doctor to check on Cut.
"Good afternoon doctor Risa!" greet Cut with a tense smile.
"Good afternoon doctor Meisya, doctor Dio. Please sit down," said doctor Risa with a friendly smile.
Cut and Dio sat in the chair that Risa's doctor had provided.

Doctor Risa smiled. He directed the USG tool to be more clearly visible to Dio. "Doctor Dio can see these two bags?" ask doctor Risa.
Dio nodded. "Yes, Doc!" said Dio.
"Doctor Meisya is pregnant with twins," said Dr. Risa who made Dio and Cut speech together.
"Twin-twins?" tanya Cut and Dio together.
Doctor Risa nodded with a sweet smile. "Yes right!" said the doctor Risa who feels funny with the behavior of both who should have known the meaning of the two sacs in the uterus Cut because both are also a doctor but maybe they were shocked until the brain was both blank and not can think clearly.
"I'm-I'm pregnant, Bang!" cut said with a hoarse voice holding back his crying that was about to break because he was happy.

"Together, Father!" cut replicates a child's voice that makes Dio teary. The man hugged Cut back tightly, he did not expect if the fruit of his love with Cut was present this quickly. And Dio was so grateful, he hoped that the presence of his son would make his household with Cut happy until they died.

After returning home from the hospital Dio and Cut immediately pick up Mashita who was at the home of the Sultan and Ika. Both reported the happy news to Ika and the Sultan and Dio's parents. They responded with a sense of happiness that was deeply stirred in the hearts of both.
Dio held Mashita in an agitation because her son was still asleep. "Shita will soon be a sister!" muttered Dio with a smile.
Mashita hugged Dio's neck tightly. He heard his father's words that made his drowsiness disappear. "Shita's a big sister, Dad?" mashita asked in an adorable voice
"Daddy's voice interrupts princess's sleep?" ask Dio to feel guilty.
Mashita shakes. "Dad said that Shita was going to be a sister. That right?" ask Mashita.
Dio smilingly nodded stroking Mashita's head fondly. The two enter Mashita's room while Cut is in the kitchen to make Mashita milk as well as for himself.
"Yes, Shita will be a sister because in the stomach of the mother now there are two baby adak," said Dio.
Mashita's face was instantly gloomy which left Dio puzzled. "Why, Honey? Shita doesn't like having a grandpa?" ask Dio gently.
"Dad still loves Shita if she's born? Shita is afraid that Ihsan's father will not love Shita anymore, he's gone" said Mashita, who made Dio speechless and embraced Mashita affectionately.
"Until anytime you'll still love Shita. Shita is the most beautiful father's first child!"
