A luxury car traveling at moderate speed across the highway, in which there are only Alvian and Hilma Mother. Hilma's mother was Alvian's mother who had a patient and meek personality to anyone.

Unbeknownst to Alvian, there was a large truck with a full load passing without direction and hit Alvian's car.

"Alvian watch!" shouted Hilma's mother who first realized the truck.

Spontaneously Alvian immediately looked towards the road and surprised Alvian now, when he saw a large truck that would hit his car, with as much as possible Alvian dodged. However, the truck quickly hit Alvian's car, causing it to topple in the middle of the road.

An accident happened to Alvian with his mother and before long, an ambulance came to help save them.

The house of Almaira.

The sound of a cell phone ringing sounded from inside the bag belonging to Almaira who happened to just come home from the hospital, immediately Almaira immediately picked it up.

"Well, I'll be there now" Almaira said behind the phone call. Suddenly Almaira's face turned frantic with a cold sweat on her temples, it happened after receiving a call from the hospital where she worked.

"Ummi, Almaira has to go back to the hospital right now! There has been an accident on the highway and the victim was taken to Surya Jaya Hospital" Almaira said in a panic.

"Astaghfirullahaladzim, what is Maira? Wait for Abi nyariin you later," said Ummi with a little shout to Almaira who was seen running out.

"Yes, later Ummi said, do not go home too late, yes" said Ummi Siti to commemorate.

Almaira nodded and sauntered away to Surya Jaya Hospital, the famous hospital that is called the best hospital of all time.

Within twenty minutes Almaira had arrived at Surya Jaya Hospital, so it did not take long for Almaira to get to work and in a hurry Almaira ran towards the operating room, places where patients should be treated immediately.

"Doctor Almaira is fast, another doctor is waiting for you in the operating room." A nurse said to Almaira.

"Okay, I'll be there soon. Thank you for the info, Sus," replied Almaira gently, albeit in a state of panic.

"Together Doc" the nurse replied with a smile.

In the waiting room was seen Alvian who was crying sobbing in front of the door of his mother's operation. With his head and hands bandaged, Alvian continued to weep lamenting his mistake, though many people saw him.

Almaira who saw Alvian like that, made him become compassionate towards the patient's family and immediately approached her.

"You're patient, I hope your mother is okay. We will try our best to save him" Almaira said.

"The doctor must be able to save my mother!" resolutely Alvian bowed down, without seeing the face of Almaira.

"You don't despair, we'll try to save the patient. Then I went in first to see your mother's condition," Almaira said, encouragingly.

"Assalamualaik."

There was no answer from Alvian who just looked down and cried.

So that Almaira immediately went into the operating room by wearing clothes that are commonly used for the action room.

"Doctor Almaira, please prepare all the tools needed for surgery now" said one of the doctors in the operating room.

"Okay, Doctor." Almaira obeyed the will of the doctor who guided her.

With a teletan, Almaira took tools that could be used to operate on patients. Not long after that, the operating room lights had started to light up which indicated that the operation would start soon.
