Because the distance of the Nabawi Mosque to the Surya Jaya Hospital is very close to it so it did not take long for Alvian to be able to take her mother to the hospital.
Arriving Alvian and her mother and Almaira at Surya Jaya Hospital in haste Alvian took her mother to the action room, in order to get further treatment for his mother and who will be helped also by Almaira and the best doctors there.
"Doctor please help my mother, please save my mother, Doc!" pinta Alvian, crying, saw her mother lying helplessly.
"We'll do our best to save your mother." The doctor felt sorry for Alvian.
Moments later, Ms. Hilma was immediately taken into the action room by doctors and other nurses.
Almaira approached her husband and said. "Mas .. I went inside first huh. Mas must be steadfast and pray to Allah SWT for Mother's healing. Allah is the Healer, ask him for help."
Alvian caught a glimpse of Almaira and nodded his head slowly, giving his wife permission to handle her mother.
No words came out of Alvian's mouth. But with a nod of his head, Almaira was able to interpret that her husband had given her permission. And now Almaira began to walk into the action room in which there was Mother Hilma.
Treatment and treatment will begin soon. The doctors and Almaira began to provide quick treatment to the patients.
"Doctor Almaira, patient health is starting to decline! What do we do?"

Suddenly the box next to the patient, already showed a long line and it means that Hilma can not be saved.
The condition of the patient really cannot be controlled by the doctor even though the doctor is the best doctor. God had other wills for Mother Hilma, so that her life would not be saved.
Almaira looked at the long line in the box that showed her mother-in-law was gone. Then Almaira thought, how will her husband be able to accept all this?
"We failed Doctor Almaira! The patient's life cannot be saved."
"Doctor Almaira please take note of the patient's death hour and inform his family. We can't save the patient" the Senior Doctor asked Almaira.

With a gontai Almaira walked out according to the orders of his senior doctor, then Almaira opened the doorknob helplessly looking at her husband and family who were waiting for news from him.
Alvian who saw Almaira coming out of her mother's room and immediately approached Almaira who was full of hope.
"Almaira what about Mom? Mother survived, right? Answer Almaira!" Alvian seemed impatient, forcing his wife to say through Hilma's mother.
Almaira still silently looked at the eyes of her husband who had full hopes for her mother's recovery. It was impossible for Almaira to tell her husband, it would be sick if her husband knew his mother was no longer in this world.
Almaira's mouth suddenly felt so soft, it was very difficult to tell this reality to her husband.
