Marrying the Driver's Child

Marrying the Driver's Child
MAS2 CHAPTER 1

...Season 2's...

Two years later

Having Papa become a successful entrepreneur, is not a guarantee for me to easily find an internship. I even followed the selection to be able to intern at this large company, even though Papa also had his own company.

Papa said, if I go into Papa's company and get recognized by his employees, I will not work well because I am treated special.

Ah, nevermind. What matters now is that I started my apprenticeship.

Internship in a large company feels very stressful, especially the owner of this company is quite famous for its arrogance. Luckily, I have Arsen who is always ready to provide support and input.

It had been three years he was in Japan, and the company there had grown by leaps and bounds. But Arsen did not go home.

Three years passed so quickly for some people, such as Mama who has now been referred to Papa, Kak Darren who has been engaged to Nana, also Oma who decided to live in Indonesia.

However, three years for me has been very slow, especially Arsen has not returned.

"You want to eat anything to daydream, it's jam if you pelototin continue to be pineapple again." Oma was nagging every day.

I'm lazy to respond to Oma getting older getting ugly, I'm always wrong in her eyes.

"Kim, aren't you eating rice?" ask Mama who just finished making coffee for Papa.

"No Ma, maybe bring a snack to the office." I enjoyed my breakfast.

"How does it feel to work with Mr. Zayn?" ask Papa.

Zayn is the name of the boss in my apprentice, a young man but already very successful and famous.

"Not good, the person is acting arrogant and arrogant," I replied as it was.

"Oh yeah, but the papa's not like that." Papa sipped his hot coffee. "Hopefully Arsen will not be like Mr. Zayn."

"Why is Arsen? Arsen is a kind, friendly person, and it's impossible to be arrogant, Pa" I said.

"Yes, Arsen is second to none."

I smiled proudly as Papa praised Arsen's name. Arsen is really cool now.

"So when did Arsen come home Pa?"

***

Everything went as usual, I was still waiting for Arsen's return to Indonesia which Papa said about two months away. That is, two more months Arsen and I will be together again for good.

After work, I waited for the bus at the bus stop near the office, because today was a little late coming home, so I waited alone in this quiet place.

Going out and coming back to work by public bus for me is the saddest drama. Waiting for a long time, sometimes jostling, it's the most annoying thing, especially every time you come home from work, sweat mixed into one makes me nauseous every time you take the bus. But Arsen said that if I get in the car, people will know that I'm a rich kid.

"Kimmora, who are you waiting for?" ask Mr. Kai.

"I'm waiting for the bus, sir, since it hasn't passed," I replied with a courtesy as possible.

While at the office, we never interacted, so how did he know my name? Couldn't he memorize one by one the names of office employees?

"Want me to drop off?"

The Emperor will take me home? Ah, if Arsen had any spies could have misunderstood this.

"Em, thank you sir, for the offer, but I'm sorry I'm waiting for the bus" I replied.

"Why? Are you afraid your boyfriend is angry? I'm just going with you, you're Mr. Erick Ardiansyah's daughter, right?"

"Kok you know?"

"You know what I don't know?"

Do you know I am married too?

"Here come, long time no see your papa."

I did not have time to answer, a car stopped again, this time stopping right in front of Mr. Emperor's car.

A man gallantly got out of the car, and approached us.

"Arsenic,"

"Kimmora let me deliver."
