Marrying the Driver's Child

Marrying the Driver's Child
MAS2 CHAPTER 73

"Don't be like me getting pregnant first, Ra."

"Kok can the heck you are the same Sister Dion .. I mean how you guys get over the line."

"Actually, we only do it once." Yumna lowered her head. "I also did not expect, our error to be fatal."

Regret always comes at the end of Yumna, but hopefully it can be a valuable lesson for you.

"Every human being makes mistakes, no human being is perfect, my dear. The important thing is that now you know, before you do something, think about the impact later, too" said Mama Nisa.

True, no human being is perfect, and every human being must have made mistakes. So did I, Arsen, Yumna and Dion. We all make mistakes, but most importantly we can all learn not to repeat the same mistakes later on.

Day by day it changes. For some people it feels very fast, but not for me. The more days of my pregnancy I got, the more I complained. Can not sleep well, easily tired, often lumbago. All this pain makes me feel like the day is changing for a long time. You'd love to jump in the day of labor, but that's impossible, right?

Right now, I've passed the thesis hearing, it should have been last week I graduated, but due to my big pregnancy I chose to postpone it in the next period. So, Nana and I didn't graduate together.

Today is the most historic day for Darren and my best friend Nana. They'll be chanting the holy vows of marriage in a few hours.

"Beautiful my wife." Arsen approached me who had just finished.

"I'm fat" I said, advancing my lips.

"For me you stay sexy" Arsen replied in a whisper.

Believe it or not, every time Arsen whispered, my cheeks would feel warm, and a smile from my lips would always appear afterwards.

"Yaudah yuk, nant we can not allot a seat in front of the loh," said Arsen who then led me to walk to the hall where the marriage certificate was held.

"If we stick with us like ten" I said.

"Ten is perfect, and soon you will make me more perfect by giving birth to my son" she replied, embracing my waist.

We sat in the front seat, with Mama Papa and Oma, as well as Om and Tanteku who had just come from Singapore.

"Kim, your stomach has gone down that way, when is the approximate birth?" tanya Aunty Feni, wife of Om Rendy —sister Papa.

"If you don't go back and forth, two more weeks Auntie, doain smoothly yes," I replied.

"If Oma's prediction is soon, it won't be two weeks" said Oma who sat right behind me.

"If so I must spit-cepet sahur ya Oma, before imsak, continue fasting 40 days," I replied that made Oma delicately.

While Aunt Feni held back her laughter.

Darren looks very handsome in his bridal attire. He sat in front with the ruler and two witnesses.

Nana, who was held by her papi, approached Kak Darren who was smiling shyly. The two then sat side by side, covered in a white scarf that covered the heads of the two. Then, a few minutes later, Kak Darren uttered the kabul ijab, which was followed by the word 'sah' by the two witnesses.

Finally my sister officially became a husband, and Nana is now my sister-in-law.

It was time for the guests to congratulate the two smiling brides.

Arsen helped me stand up from my chair, and then we walked over to the two brides who must have been happy.  I must admit, Arsen always treated me like a king's daughter, he took care of me very well.

"Congratulations Markonah." I hugged the beautiful looking Nana in her modern kebaya dress.

"Sir Nana, it's not polite to know!" the answer.

"Hem, really, just an hour so brother-in-law," I replied that then turned to Brother Darren. "Congratulations, sister, the little guy is unboxing."

"Not missing his circumcision" said Arsen who was standing right behind me.

Me and Arsen giggled, while the two brides seemed to smile shyly.
