Today, Shely, who has made an appointment with an obstetrician at one of the hospitals, is preparing to go there by car alone.
Initially Ningsih strictly forbade Shely to go alone because in addition to providing a car, Ningsih, both of Nino's parents also provide a private driver for Shely but because Shely reasoned to only want to visit his parents who live not far from the Nino family home, finally given permission to go alone after various reasons given Shely.

From the panic that Nino shows makes Shely sure if Nino is very worried about the woman, maybe the guess is right if Nino has hit the pregnant woman. Shely decides to approach her husband and calm Nino down but Nino's screams stop her footsteps.
" Doctor, quickly do something he's bleeding a lot". Nino shouted again, while the woman grimaced in pain.
