Arriving at the hospital, Nino was immediately treated by a doctor at IGD. Hartono and Ningsih could not sit quietly before the doctor told them how their son was currently doing.
Half an hour Nino was on the IGD, finally the doctor came out as well so that both Nino's parents immediately rushed to the door of the room to ask Nino's condition to the doctor.
"How is our son's doctor?". Tanya Ningsih riled up.
"It seems that taun Nino has a poor diet and often consumes alcoholic beverages and it is very bad for his health so that Mr. Nino suffers from stomach diseases that are quite serious and need special treatment and must be treated in the hospital for a while to regulate the diet and also the pattern of rest". Because his sense of boredom had peaked, Nino asked the help of one of the nurses to take him to hospital security to just get rid of his boredom using a wheelchair. Sitting in a wheelchair and contemplating his fate sometimes makes Nino smile because she does not expect that life turns out to be very cruel to him.
The man suddenly remembered the figure of his wife Shely, who knew what the woman was doing at this time but surely he missed her a lot.

From a distance there was a beautiful female doctor waving her hand towards Nino, but because he did not recognize the doctor, Nino did not respond at all because he thought it might be very doctors were waving at other patients.

Yes, the beautiful doctor named Mira, she was a classmate of Nino at High School and also the obstetrician who first checked and knew about Shely's pregnancy at that time.
"Hey, I'm Mira your old high school friend". Doctor Mira said enthusiastically.
" Mirasih?". Tanya Nino could not believe it because she remembered that her High School friend named Mirasih was very geeky in contrast to the woman in front of her today who looked fashionable and beautiful.
"Oh my goodness, I might recognize you again with this kind of appearance". Nino replied amazed.
"Why?, you're saying that if I used to be geeky and couldn't possibly be this pretty, right?". Ask doctor Mira ketus.

"A miscarriage?, who's the miscarriage and whose pregnancy are you talking about?". Tanya Nino was confused.
"Of course the pregnancy of Shely's wife, I recognized her because she had checked her pregnancy out on me about five years ago and after that she never came back, did she miscarry?". Ask Dr. Mira very carefully.
"Mira are you kidding me?". Nino asked seriously with a deadly look.
"Don't look at me like that, I'm not kidding even that time she asked me to keep it a secret about her pregnancy because she wanted to give you a surprise". Doctor Mira replied seriously.
Nino let out a rough sigh and grabbed her hair with both hands to digest every sentence spoken by her friend.
"Oh my God, what surprise is this?". The man murmured then with his eyes closed and recalled every incident he had gone through all this time. Now she understands why Shely is so angry when Nino says that she will think of Sheno as her own son.
