This is the story behind the successful marriage between Raisa and Rumi. It all started from the time Raisa and Rumi were helped by Uncle Elvano to take care of licensing letters before marriage. It was the first time they had obtained a residence permit.
At a licensing office, someone there seemed to recognize Uncle Elvano even he called him.
