Chapter 55 Bloody Sect 2

"Get down! destroy them!"

This was a full-scale war between the heretical sects with the alliance of the 5 main races, the fight was more dominant towards the alliance but that did not mean everything was getting better.

The strength of the sect adherents was also not something to be underestimated, the strength of each of their individuals was extraordinary, and they were all also a combination of different races, despite being dominated by humans.

Each of their members were strangely people who were not famous before but they were all so powerful that all five races had to send out heroes just to fight them.

The only problem right now was that when one of their headquarters was attacked, their entire headquarters scattered across the continent also made a move that forced the alliance to deploy its troops.

There are 10 war sites currently, 5 of which are in human territory, 1 in elf territory, 2 dwarves, and 2 beastmen.

Fortunately before the number of troops reduced which makes the defense at the back more solid, so most of the impromptu attacks can be overcome.

Right now I am in one of the human kingdoms, I don't know its name so it is easier to call it the human kingdom alone.

The center of the current war was within the royal palace itself as the king was one of the known members of a heretical sect, the hero Redclift as well as several others returned to overcome the war in the beastman territory, the king said, I'm still with Rosa.

"They're all very stubborn!"

Rosa smashed the head of one of the sect members but instead of dying, the person instead blew themselves up with forbidden magic, the explosion also contained a powerful curse that would turn anyone it touched into a bomb as well.

This makes the troops suffer a lot at the beginning of the war because everything fought in a rarely close enough so that if one exploded then just wait for the time before the others also exploded.

Masaru kagami kept slashing the heads of the sect members one by one in the front line, slowly advancing too far so I followed him.

"Rosa, let's help the hero."

After all we are the frontline troops so if we advance too far, we will have a hard time getting help.

Heroes might be able to kill most of them but there must be some that escaped his sight, so it was my and Rosa's job to clear them up.

"Your hero is okay?"

I approached Masaru who seemed to be panting, his strength was indeed extraordinary but it was also a weakness for him who could not help himself.

"Ahh I'm fine, thanks for keeping my back."

"It doesn't matter, but aren't we getting too far?"

We were already so deep into the palace that we could no longer see the figure of the soldier behind, whereas the floor was filled with the corpses of the sect members.

"We're going to keep going, if we kill the king then all this will be done."

The hero intends to walk again but I hold his shoulder, the current situation we lack information and it would be fatal if it directly attacked to the location of the king.

"Well, he's one of my hero bodyguards, but he disappeared 10 years ago."

"How strong is he?"

"More powerful than me, yet it was 10 years ago, right now maybe he was much stronger considering he joined the sect."

"Once, please protect my back."

Roderick looked so relaxed when he wanted to fight the three of us, I didn't know it was because he was so strong or just arrogant.

"Hero, let's get started."

"I go first!"

the hero remains as the main dps while I help him cover the gap he missed, while Rosa helps with magic.

The hero slashes towards Roderick's neck but he can dodge, if he is strong then he will resist the attack which means he is not so confident with his own defense.

Utilizing the gap, I attacked right at the back of his neck yet he seemed to have eyes on the back of his head and could dodge my attacks with a long jump.

"That black boy has tremendous power, while the white one has insane speed."

"Is that a compliment?"

"Yes you guys did exceed my expectations but that's it."

If I were as strong as myself in my own world I would not be able to defeat him, yet I became very strong in this world as if adjusting to the strength of the natives.

"What if we continue?"

It was as if he had noticed something the hero was swinging his sword from a distance.

"Dimensional Slash!"

"What!?"

Realizing the danger from Masaru's attack, Roderick attempted to jump backwards but his legs were bound by the vines created by Rosa.

"Aragh!"

A large diagonal slash just appeared on Roderick's chest making his blood gush everywhere.

"Siala"

Before he finished his words I slashed right at his neck making him fall down instantly.

"Isn't this too easy?"

Masaru was right, at least I wish he had hidden tricks like the other members, yet he died so easily.

"My nails, I didn't think I could get hurt this much."

The blood splattered on the floor started flying through the air and began to fuse Roderick's separated body and head.

"Regeneration?"

"Haha! right, I'm immortal!"

"Triple dimensional slash!"

Without waiting, Masaru attacked three times in a row to smash Roderick's puck-headed body yet it recovered quickly.

"Haha, no use!"

"really?"

My white sword slowly changed color to jet black, this is a sword I rarely use because it will cripple my sword techniques, but it is a very good time to use it.

"Unfortunately you met me."

Before his body could fully regenerate, I instantly cut off both of his hands.

"Hahahaha is useless! I will regenerate in an instant! huh uh?"

Realizing that something was wrong, Roderick shouted in panic.

"Why not regenerate!? what are you doing?!"

"I just slashed your hand, that's all."

"That's lying! I was the chosen one!"

"Yes, then die."

"T-no! bloody same!"

Roderick's head lay on the ground before exploding like the rest of the members.

"That scared me a little."

Masaru approached me while looking at the floor that was destroyed by the explosion, Masaru despite being a hero but himself was not at all arrogant and was open to me.

On the other hand Rosa continued to stare at the last place Roderick was.

"Rosa, what's wrong?"

"Ahh no, no."

'We should've had a child by now fools'

I pura did not hear what Rosa said, and chose to go with Masaru to give her time.
