CHAPTER 10 "The Interesting Woman"

DUAARRR... DUAARR...
Such a loud sound right after the music stopped made all pairs of eyes divert their gaze. The couple looked up at the sky decorated with colorful fireworks in the sky tonight. All eyes are so stunned, not least with Nathan with Viona. The two looked at the sky without letting go of his embrace. They still embrace. The hysterical screams of three young men caught Nathan's and Viona's attention, who were still hugging each other. It's not beautiful." exclaimed Rio with sparkling eyes.

"Hyung, you and this beautiful Nunna should come too." Satya pulls Nathan and Viona's arms to take a picture together.
"I'll ask someone to take a picture of us soon." Frans. Viona and Nathan were standing next to each other. Rio slightly bowed his body in front of Nathan and Viona. Satya and Frans stood beside the two of them.
"Huaaa. very good."
"By the way who is this beautiful Nunna, Hyung? We've never seen him. It doesn't matter if you introduce him to us." Satya said, with a three-finger smile.
"Name Viona. Vio, introduce. They're both my sisters while this is my nephew. My eldest brother's son."

"Even Vio Nunna is prettier than Cherly. Uncle, I pray that you and Cherly break up soon and be with Vio Nunna" Rio said with a big smile.

Viona was surprised to hear Rio say. Not because he heard Nathan had a lover, but he remembered Leo. She should not be with another man while she herself is engaged. Viona took a few steps back and left the party. Including the four men who were staring confusedly at his departure, especially Nathan.

"Why did you suddenly leave the party? Do you feel uncomfortable with me there?" tanyanya. Viona. "Want to?"
Viona took a deep breath and ignored him. "I feel like what I'm doing is wrong. I'm engaged, ' I shouldn't be with other men when we're apart from each other" she said, staring blankly ahead.
Nathan was speechless when Viona said, he really did not expect that this girl who had secretly stolen his heart turned out to have a fiancee. "Sir, Nathan, I'll give you back your suit. Sorry, I have to go." Viona got up from her seat and stepped away until the grip on her wrist stopped her steps. Nathan got up from his sitting position and stood in front of Viona.
"Do you love her? I mean, do you love your fiance?"
"Not polite, why are you asking like that? What right do you have to know whether I love her or not?" from her tone, it was clear that Viona did not like Nathan's question. "Take me off, Mr. Nathan, and let me go."
"No, before you answer my question. Do you love that man? Do you love your fiancee?" ask him again. Viona's eyes moved wildly, she was at a loss to answer why it was impossible for Viona to answer no.
"I-" Viona looks hesitant to answer and it makes a thin grin covered in reddish-lipped Nathan's.
"I love him or not it has nothing to do with you. Sorry, I'm tired. I want a break." Viona releases Nathan's grip on her wrist and steps away. Nathan, however, again endured his departure.
"I feel hungry, accompany me to eat. You must be starving right now, too, because at the party I didn't see you eating any food." she said, taking Viona away. Viona sighed, forced to follow Nathan.

Nathan squinted his eyes when Viona suddenly stopped her steps and refused to be invited into the restaurant they had been with
"I don't want to have to eat in there, the crowded atmosphere makes me uncomfortable."
"So, where do you want to eat? Would you like a message to be delivered to your room?" again Viona shook her head and made Nathan even more confused. "Then?"
"I want to eat on the boat. There the atmosphere is quieter and we can see the stars, besides there is also a place to eat" he said.

During the journey, they exchanged stories but did not come to personal matters. The distance that had been created between the two of them now no longer existed. They talk to each other and tell stories, only about their likes and what they don't like. And Nathan refrains from laughing when he hears that Viona hates the melon family, Viona knows that Nathan hates heights.
Viona smiled when she saw a waiter coming to bring food to order for the two of them. Not many people who eat the decoction other than Nathan and Viona, even though it's just the two of them but they enjoy it so much. And their dinner passed quietly accompanied by light but sweeping discussions.
"I feel weird about you, how could you not like melons and hate cucumbers? Did you have any trauma to those fruits and vegetables?" nathan asked curiously.
Viona. "No, just don't like it and hate it." she replied.
Nathan chuckles at Viona's answer, not only beautiful and kind but also so unique. Seeing Nathan smiling gently made Viona's heart pound uncharacteristically, he hurriedly lowered his face and returned to his dinner.
Silence enveloped the togetherness of the two. They were both preoccupied with their dinner, both enjoying the dinner quietly.
The branch!!!
Nathan put down his spoon and fork after finishing his dinner as well as Viona. But they still don't go from there.
"If you don't love your fiancee, then what kind of man can take your heart? Does it have to be from the person who is?"
"Do I look like a matre girl?" Viona interrupted Nathan's words and chuckled. As Viona thought, the girl raised her face and looked at Nathan who was also staring at her. Viona was a little confused. Nathan grinned, raised his wine glass and gulped it down. "Although that person is a criminal? Like the mafia, for example, or even the bums? Are you going to keep taking it?"
Viona shrugged her shoulders indifferently. "Of course, as long as he can be nice and treat me gently. Why not." she replied. Nathan was amazed, Viona was indeed different from most of the girls he had met so far.
When the other girl shows her attraction openly, Viona is acting normal. When another girl was happy to buy something expensive and branded, Viona refused. Until Nathan had to force it. And Viona's refusal that day was not a contrived refusal. But he totally rejected it
Nathan pulled the corner of his lips. I don't know how many times this has been. And if only Bima was here for sure he would be instantly hysterical because he saw his friend who was cold like a block of ice can be soft terasnyum let alone it reached in front of a girl. Seeing a Nathan Lu smile was something that was very step by step. And a miracle for sure.
"You're an interesting woman, Viona Anggela" Nathan raised his wine glass and gulped it down until the toilet was not left and poured it back into his empty glass almost full. "Well, what if tonight we're missing out on a full drink?"
Viona snorted and rolled her eyes panted. Raise his wine glass and drink it without thinking. Viona never realized if the man in front of her was like a wild beast waiting for its prey to let his guard down, to be able to devour it. Nathan waits for the moment, when Viona opens her heart and allows him to step in and become the only man in his life.
