As a husband, of course Nathan feels sad about Viona's current state. After having a miscarriage one month ago Viona became more silent and daydreaming. Nathan lost the warm and cheerful figure of Viona, and it made Nathan feel very sad. Nathan felt like he had lost a part of himself.

All the people closest to them always come to cheer Viona up including Tiffany, Henry's future wife. Nathan doesn't think Viona and Tiffany know each other. The two of them were best friends when they were together in America.

Nathan, Viona, Henry and Tiffany are in a park not too far from Nathan's home. Nathan thinks that Viona might need a breath of fresh air for that he decides to take her for a walk.

Since leaving the hospital, Viona always locked herself in a room and it made Nathan even more sad and anxious.

"Vio, look. I brought you a lot of your favorite food, wanna taste it? I guarantee this time it won't make you sick to your stomach again like back then, want to try it a little?" ask Tiffany. Right now the woman who was soon going to bear the Lu surname was sitting side by side with Viona on the park bench.

Viona nodded as she forced her smile, the woman turned her eyes back to the flowers that were ahead. As sad as she was at the moment, Viona tried to stay strong in front of everyone, especially in front of Nathan. He tried to hide his own pain. And since leaving the hospital, Viona has never been seen crying again. All those cries Viona held in her heart.

Seeing Viona nod made the smile on Tiffany's face expand wide. The woman's hand looked quite agile in moving some of the food she was under in the same container that she then gave to Viona, in the midst of her busyness. Tiffany continues to chatter, telling her everything while she was in America and her insecurities when Viona gets to know Nathan and then they both decide to get married.

But not a single sentence came out of Viona's lips to reply to Tiffany's chatter, the woman only responded with a faint smile. Tiffany is not offended let alone angry, she understands the feelings of her best friend.

Not far from there. Nathan and Henry stood watching the two women.

Silence enveloped their togetherness. A pair of brown pearls can not be separated in the slightest from Viona who had been just silently pensively staring straight ahead. Although Nathan said nothing, it does not mean that Henry does not understand what Nathan is feeling. As a brother, of course Henry understands the feelings of his sister.

"How's it going? I heard that Derry Ardinata's company is really on the verge of bankruptcy? Looks like you're doing really well," said Henry breaking the silence, deliberately discussing something else unrelated to the calamity that had just befallen Nathan and Viona. "It looks like all your efforts during this time will end sweetly." he added.

Nathan sighed heavily. "I'll finish it soon, Ge. I won't hold it much longer. They had to accept the consequences, I asked Kai to take care of my meeting with that old bastard" Nathan said.

"And open yourself up in front of that bastard?" Guess Henry was one hundred percent right.

"Bingo," Nathan nodded. "If all this time I acted behind closed doors and became a mysterious boy, then this time no longer. I'm going to destroy that old bastard blatantly and make him pay dearly for all his deeds to our family. I will never forgive them because lives must be paid for with lives."

Henry was silent to Nathan's words, it seemed like the man was not messing with his words. Henry knew his brother very well, he was not the kind of person who would easily retract his words and change his mind. Nathan will never hesitate to get rid of anyone who dares to stand in his way. And Henry captured that earnestness in his words as well.

Henry looked back at Nathan, trying to figure out what his brother was thinking. But Henry did not find any answer in the look in his eyes. His face showed no emotion. Not happy, not happy, not sad or gloomy. It was a hard-to-guess emotion from a Nathan Lu.

His face darkened, his aura so gloomy. Henry does not know if it has anything to do with the disaster that just happened or even about Derry Ardinata? Henry was eager to ask Nathan, but his tongue was clouded and his voice was stuck in his throat. Henry finally chose to remain silent.

"STOPPID."

Viona's shout quickly became the center of attention of everyone in the park including Henry and Nathan. And Tiffany who was sitting next to Viona could only look at the woman who was now standing in surprise. "Viona, what's wrong?" tanyanya's confused.

Viona stood up regardless of Tiffany's question. "Don't take mine, you guys stop. Stop right there! Stop now!!"

Viona's heart was burning as she looked at the man and woman who were walking from a distance. The couple looked so happy with a tiny baby in the woman's arms. While the man is occasionally seen wiping the baby's head and peeping it.

If the disaster had not happened to him, Viona would have been in the position of the woman in the future. Nathan will certainly be very happy with the birth of their baby and Viona who is happy because of the presence of a baby who completes his life.

If only that calamity had never happened, Viona would not have been this sick and destructive. There will be no tears. There would be no prolonged fear shackling his soul.

Viona is so sad why should she see the happiness of others when she is down like this? The curious Nathan immediately approached Viona who was walking quickly towards the confused looking married couple ahead. "Stay there, and don't try to take away mine." The man and woman were increasingly confused by Viona's attitude.

They could only stare as they occasionally exchanged glances. In his mind they kept wondering why the beautiful woman screamed and looked angry. Nathan immediately blocks Viona's steps. "What's wrong with you?" a question slid from her lips, both of her hands clutching the shoulders of Viona who was trying to continue rebelling.

"Let go of me, Oppa!! Don't try to stop me!!"

"Vio, relax!!"

"I said let go, let me take mine."

It felt like there were thousands of sharp knives hitting Nathan's chest. Nathan could no longer speak, what he wanted to say seemed to be stuck in his throat.

Seeing Viona like this made Nathan even more devastated, his grip on Viona's shoulders trembled slightly. As much as possible Nathan kept Viona from making any more contact by bringing her into his arms. "Vona, please stop. Conscious Viona, sober!! Our son is no more,"

"Hisk, let me go, Oppa. Let me take my son, I want my son. I WANT MY SON!!"

"VIONA, ENOUGH!!!" nathan's loud snaps finally kept Viona quiet.

The woman no longer revolted and shouted, her attention completely distracted. His empty-looking hazel eyes stared at Nathan expressionlessly "What's wrong with you? Take control of yourself and try to think clearly. Realize, our son is no longer there. The fetus is dead!! Don't you understand either" There's no answer from Viona. Stroke Nathan as if bringing Viona back from her unconscious. The woman swept her eyes and looked at what was around her.

He saw Tiffany who was still standing at the beginning, not far from where Tiffany was standing he saw Henry and his gaze rolled on the people who looked at him. The atmosphere there was suddenly quiet, even seemed tense. In her heart Viona continued to curse what she had done, then looked at Nathan who was looking at her heartily.

"Oh my God"

His feelings were again turbulent, his heart was shrouded in a sad feeling that seemed to have no end. Viona quickly hugged Nathan and buried her face in the chest of the field hidden behind the sleeved black shirt.

"Oppa, hiks.. our son, hiks." Nathan looked up at his face.

It felt like there was a knife that brutally skinned his chest. As strong as he tried to keep looking tough, but in the end his defense still collapsed as well. Nathan could no longer hold back his tears from dripping. Viona is devastated, but Nathan is much more devastated. He was devastated to see Viona's current state being so devastated.

"For a while it's best to let him rest. Sister has injected tranquilizers" Senna said as she approached Nathan standing glued to the window of her open room.

The man did not give any response to Senna's remarks, his gaze centered on the rose garden that was down there. "What really happened to him, brother? Why did he get to this? Why would he be able to gain control of himself?" nathan asked without looking at his interlocutor.

Senna looked at Viona before answering Nathan's question. The woman stood beside her sister and also looked at the object that had been the center of Nathan's attention since a while ago.

"She had post-mortarital depression and this kind of thing was already common in pregnant women who had just lost their future baby." Senna.

Natha turned to Senna quickly. His eyebrows shot up and his eyes looked at Senna full of probing. "Depression?" the cry of not believing. "How can you?" he said full of astonishment.

Senna sighed heavily then nodded. "Repression naturally occurs in women who have recently had a miscarriage. If we look at Viona's attitude after she had a miscarriage, there is no doubt that what she is currently experiencing is depression.

Over the past month she has become quiet and often looks moody. His appetite also decreased drastically, his sleep time was always interrupted due to nightmares." Senna said at length.

Natha did not deny, it was true everything Senna said. Almost every night Viona wakes up with a nightmare and then she wakes up until morning. "But, Brother. Wouldn't depression be fatal? Viona could have gone mad because of her depression, then... what should we do to prevent it? After all, isn't depression still healing?"

"That's true, and that kind of thing could happen if we keep letting her be in a state of sadness and fear. Make him more open to you, often invite him to communicate and listen to all his complaints. Let her reveal everything she feels and get stuck in her heart.

The most important thing is to encourage him and tell him that everything that happened was not his fault. And only you, my sister. The only person who can do it. One more thing, prove to him that he is so loved and needed by the people around him, especially you. He was always afraid that you would leave him because he thought that he was not good at looking after the fruits of your love" Senna said at length

"Alright, Brother has to leave now. I still have to go back to the hospital. Take good care of your wife, brother go first,"

After Senna's departure the atmosphere in the room was suddenly silent. Nathan moved out of his place and walked over to Viona. The man sat on one side of his bed.

Gently, Nathan stroked the top of Viona's head without letting go of his gaze on that peaceful, slumbering face. When the matanta closed as if everything was fine, Nathan did not see any sadness let alone sorrow that was so deep.

His face looked innocent and peaceful like it did not have any burden. Nathan raised his face as the brown net heated up again. His heart was further broken seeing Viona's current state. She was devastated and devastated by the loss of her fetus. Maybe what Viona did was a little overdone. But which Mother is not destroyed when she loses a prospective baby she so longed to complete her life. And Viona's attitude is perfectly natural. Every mother will feel the same if she is in her position.

Not wanting to interrupt Viona's break, Natha decides to go out and let Viona rest in peace. Nathan wanted to calm himself down even if it was only a few seconds. Maybe a little bit of drinking is not bad either, he thought.
