With a limp step, Shanon then stepped his foot into the room. His heart felt so raging hearing the narration from Bi Ijah. She really did not expect that her husband would commit such a big lie. And Shannon doesn't understand why Ethan did the lie. Once inside the room, he ends up intrigued to find out who Ethan is.
Shanon then took his marriage book, and sure enough when he saw the marriage book, he only realized that the name of the biological father listed in the marriage book was Vishnu, not Chandra. Maybe when they got married first, Shanon didn't realize it because he felt so happy. As if Shanon's heart stopped beating, he dropped his body on the floor and cried.
He really doesn't understand why Ethan lied to him that much, and his thoughts dance in his mind. Especially the word Arsen.
"What actually happened? Why did Ethan do all this to me? Does this have anything to do with Arsen's return? Didn't Mas Ethan once send us pre-wedding photos of our wedding, so Arsen must have known I was a woman in his past. It must have been what made Arsen choose not to attend our wedding on busy grounds. So why did he decide to go home? Even though when he decided to go home, he must have known the risk if it would only hurt his heart. I'm sure there must be a big reason for Arsen to come home. And what might have to do with Mas Ethan's lies?"
Shannon was seen pacing around in her room while biting her nails, her heart felt so indecisive. It feels like today there are so many events that make his head seem to break, ranging from the confessions of Arsen's past, to the lies of Ethan.
"If I keep quiet, I won't get anything. Ah, I better get to Arsen's room and go to Mas Ethan's office, maybe I can get a lead there. After all, Arsen is also away with Chelsea, I cannot afford to waste this opportunity."
Shanon then walks towards Ethan's study first, the room still tidy and fragrant. However, on that desk, there was only a pile of Ethan's work files.
He then opened his desk drawer, and found the same thing, just a job. However, as she opened the lower work drawer, something tickled Shanon's attention. In the drawer, there was a butterfly-patterned children's hairpin.
"Buttle hairpin? Who's this one?" shanon said as he frowned, but he did not take the hairpin's dizziness.
"Ah may belong to Vanya, their cousin," Shannon murmured. He then placed the hair ribbon in Ethan's drawer. Not getting any leads, she then exits Ethan's study, heading to Arsen's room. As she opened the room, the masculine scent of Arsenic perfume was so distracting to her sense of smell. That fragrance, it caused a sense of tightness in his heart, somehow suddenly his heart felt so sad, it felt like he was not willing to let go of Arsen and let it belong to another woman. In fact, mengikhlaskan in the heart, it is not as easy as saying verbally.
Shannon then walked up to Arsen's desk, then opened the desk drawer, and the first thing he saw when he opened the drawer was a photo of him and Arsen while they were still wearing white-gray uniforms. Shannon looked at the photo. "So, is it true what Arsen said that we have been so close? Oh my God, why is everything upside down. I used to hate Arsen so much because of his attitude that often irritated me, while Mas Ethan he was so quiet and calm. However, behind the opposite attitude, it turns out that there is honesty behind the attitude of annoying Arsen, and the lie behind the calm attitude of a Mas Ethan. What does all this mean, God?" shanon said, closing his eyes.
Thank you for your presence in my life...
Thank you for all the sweet memories you made in my life...
Actually, I feel lucky to know you. Although in the end, you're not for me. But everything that happens between us, will never be a story that I just erased. And the memories we've been through, I can't possibly forget, even if it hurts, you'll still be the most beautiful part of my life. Because of the fact that no one can ever be good when they lose.
I just wanted to write you a message, a message you might never read.
"Shanon, whatever happens, my love is only for you."
After reading the inscription, Shanon dropped his body on the floor. "God, why is it so complicated? Why did you have to meet me at the wrong time? Were we never meant to be a match? If Arsen could be sincere? Why wouldn't I be sincere if he's with me now, Chelsea?" shanon said as she sobbed.
While still drifting in her cries, Shanon is suddenly startled by a warm embrace that sticks to her body.
"Sha" whispered a voice in his ear. Suddenly, Shanon turned his body and saw Arsen who was currently standing behind him.
"Why did you enter my room, Sha? You miss me?"
