A soft sigh rang out from the pale lips of a woman lying weakly on the bed. His eyes scanned the surrounding area, appearing to be a spacious room with various luxurious furniture inside. The attached infusion hose makes its movement not free.
''Where am I?"
''Finally you are aware too."
Fania turned her attention to the origin of the sound. Her net was wide open perfectly finding the man she was trying to avoid was right in front of her.
''You're! What are you doing here! Go!"
''Go! I don't want to see you. Let me calm down ... Please, don't bother me."
''Go!"
Fania shouted hysterically by throwing pillows nearby. But unfortunately, Angelo managed to avoid the throw of the woman. The man actually stepped quietly toward the mother of his prospective child. Out of annoyance, Fania tried to forcefully remove the attached infusion. Quickly, Angelo restrained his actions.
''OK-okay, I'm leaving but please don't let this go.''
Fania stared with teary eyes, shortly after she heard a slow sobbing coming out of her mouth. The woman was crying, covering her face with both hands.
''Hey, what's up?" ello asked full of gentleness.
Wanting to feel, he clutched the tiny body. However, he tried hard to hold himself back fearing if the girl was uncomfortable with his actions.
''Please, stay away from me. Don't bother me anymore!" pinta Fania.
Angelo shook his head loudly, it was a very difficult request. Of course, he would refuse firmly.
''I can't" he said in a heavy tone.
''Why ''Why?"
Not yet had time, Ello replied the woman grimaced in pain when she felt an unstoppable pain in her stomach.
''What's up? What's that hurting?" asked the man with a panicked face.
''Awwsh, my stomach hurts," she held her lower abdomen.
Angelo immediately grabbed the thick blanket that covered the woman's body. He was afraid of further bleeding. A sigh of relief sounded from his lips when nothing happened.
''Is it still sick?"
Fania nodded slowly, sometimes even holding her breath to ease her pain. Angelo immediately asked him to lie down. He himself was confused how to relieve the pain, because all the drugs were put through intravenous fluids.
For some reason, his hand suddenly stretched out to gently rub the flat stomach.
''Papa's son, calm down ... Mama won't hurt you again."
Fania was slightly jolted at hearing that. She thought the fetus that was residing in her womb was gone, but it turned out....
''I didn't miscarry," her great-grandson was barely heard.
''He'em, because I won't let it." Angelo looked at the woman.
Fania sighed disappointed, gone was the shadow of the quiet life she craved. He chose silence a thousand languages, reluctant to respond. The pain in his stomach gradually subsided, changing the comfort due to the gentle rubbing.
''Is it still sick?"
The girl nodded weakly. Angelo smiled, then stopped his activities.
''Rest up! Don't think of anything. I'm at home push that button if you need anything.'' He showed me a button that was within Fania's reach.
The man's move should stop when he felt that a soft hand was holding his arm. The sweat as big as corn kernels seemed to wet the woman's forehead. His face looked like it was holding in pain.
''His call came again" he shamed with shame.
He cursed the fetus in his stomach as if he wanted to indulge with his father.
Angelo commented a thin smile. He returned to sit the body to its original place, then began to repeat his activities again. Moments later, Fania seemed to close her eyes as drowsiness began to whack.
''Smart kid, but pity your mama. Don't torture him anymore huh," her inner self.
Gustav only smiled faintly looking at the interaction of the two. He hoped that the woman would be able to restore the smile of his adopted son who had long since been snatched away.
''I hope he's your happiness, El."
...----------------...
''El, look!" Gustavo's command while pointing at the television screen.
''Grief News ... The Business King of this country—Bramasta Haidar, has breathed his last this afternoon at 17:00 at Citra Medika Hospital. The body will be taken to a funeral home in the elite residential complex area of Jakarta Pusat—"
Angelo paused his intention of entering the study. He switched to landing his body weight next to his father, listening to the news with a serious mimic.
He smiled full of satisfaction as the plan that had been drawn up a few days ago yielded satisfactory results.
''My kidnapping plan may have failed, but this news is more than enough. Not in vain I spent a lot of money just to ensnare the Divia," he said with a straight forward look.
''Are you satisfied, El?'' ask Gustav.
''Very! It was a fitting revenge for the man who took both my parents."
Gustav sighed softly.
''I hope you end it all. Let Bramasta Haydar's daughter be happy. He's not guilty at all. Now, focus on the woman and her fetus."
''Yes, my grudge has been avenged. Now Fania is my priority and takes care of that traitor. He's one of my threats" snarled Ello with a hardened jaw.
''Are you sure it's just him?"
''Meaning?"
''What about the gang of thugs you hired to thwart the escape of Bram and his daughter a few months ago? They even managed to hurt Bram. Plus now they're huddled in jail for getting caught by Bram's men. Are you sure they won't demand a reply? By exposing your identity as well, for example."
The man chuckled cynically. "I made sure it wouldn't happen because I kept my identity a secret. They're just a bunch of money-hungry people. I've paid them all a fortune."
''I just said, from now on you have to be careful. Danger is lurking, Don't underestimate Bramasta Haydar's niece. He looks like a slingen man. But behind that attitude, he's more ruthless than Bram if anyone dares to harass his family, especially you've taken his life."
''What you must be aware of is not the traitor, but Rayyan. He must have bagged your name and prepared to attack at any time," the middle-aged man said full of warning.
Angelo nodded in understanding before passing into his study.
''El."
''Yes."
''Immediately marry the woman so that your child has a clear status" Gustav said without turning his eyes to the screen in front of him.
Again, only a nod is shown. Without being asked he would marry the girl, just how to persuade her, he thought.
