''Congratulations, sir, Madam. You will get two" exclaimed the female doctor who was still busy moving an instrument in Fania's abdominal area.

Both Angelo and Fania looked at each other because they did not understand what the doctor said.

''I mean two, Doc? What's with the placenta?" ask Angelo.
