My Brother's Substitute Role

My Brother's Substitute Role
Part 265 The Struggle of Mbok Asih

This morning Mbok Asih woke up early to get his job done quickly and he could immediately go with her husband to find a job vacancy.

Mbok Asih began his work sweeping, mopping the living room and family room first, then continued to rotate the laundry while preparing breakfast.

About three hours of Mbok Asih's job at war with homework is done. All the rooms are clean, food is served on the dining table, rice laundry, home page is also clean.

After his work was done, Mbok Asih went into the room to clean himself. It did not take long for the ritual in the bathroom now Mbok Asih is ready to go.

"Sir, spout! mom's been this neat." Mbok Asih told her husband to get ready as well.

"Yes, Mom," replied Mang Udin who was still relaxing on the mattress while stroking his phone.

Around fifteen minutes Mang Udin was tidy and ready to go.

"Come on! Ma'am," asked Mang Udin.

"Yes, sir," replied Mbok Asih.

They went out of the room walking out of the house, but before they came out of the house Mbok Asih first say goodbye to Alby who was sitting on the living room sofa.

"Den, we go first yes," said Mbok Asih.

"Yes, Mbok, be careful, yes" Alby replied.

"Yes, Den. Assalamualaikum," said Mbok Asih before stepping out the door.

"Wa'alaikumussalam," replied Alby.

"The blind mornings are gone, good yes so art can go as you like the master already," said Nila. He who was walking down the stairs wanted to approach Alby accidentally saw Mbok Asih and Mang Udin wanted to walk out of the house.

"Already, Sir! don't listen to it." Mbok Asih holding her husband's hand signaled that Mang Udin should not reply to his derelict employer's words. Without answering a word Mbok Asih directly pulled her husband's hand to leave the house.

"Based on my art**ng a**r," upset Nila because Mbok Asih and Mang Udin ignored her.

"Still in the morning do not scream, you are a hobby really angry, screaming," said Alby.

"Why did you get mad at me anyway, Mas," replied Nila.

"I'm not angry, I'm just giving advice on facts" Alby said.

"Ih ... Mas Alby sucks," annoyed Nila. He was the one who wanted to sit with Alby that intention he paused. Nila ran back up the stairs to her room.

"Patience." Alby stroked his chest to strengthen himself to remain patient in the face of Nila's nature.

"Mom, how have you asked where non Mia is?" ask Mang Udin.

"No, Sir. Last night when Mom tried to call her number was not active," replied Mbok Asih.

"Oh. We bismillah yes, Mom, may Allah give us a way to find a job that is suitable for Mother," said Mang Udin.

"Amin" replied Mbok Asih.

Step by step they take while occasionally asking for vacancies in houses that have security guards.

"It turns out looking for a job is very difficult, Mom, but only as an art" said Mang Udin, because they have been to dozens of homes, but not a single job vacancy.

"Yes, sir," replied Mbok Asih.

"Sir, let's take a break, I'm tired." Mbok Asih asked her husband to stop his steps first.

"Where else should we go, sir?" ask Mbok Asih.

"Mother doesn't know either, Ma'am," replied Mang Udin.

After half an hour they rest now they continue their steps through every road approaching every house that looks luxurious asking whether there is a job vacancy for him or not. Without them realizing that time was spinning so fast it was almost midnight, but no house would accept it.

"Mom, we try once again that house," said Mang Udin while pointing to the three-story building that looks so magnificent.

"Yes, sir." Mbok Asih agreed to her husband's suggestion. They rushed to the house too.

"Assalamualaikum, excuse me," said Mbok Asih and Mang Udin.

"Wa'alaikumussalam, who are you looking for, sir, ma'am?" ask security. The security guard only peered from the usual gate hole to see the guest before he opened the gate.

"Sorry, sir, we'd like to ask if there's a job opening here to be a housekeeper?" ask Mang Udin.

"I'm sorry, sir, Mom here is not a job vacancy," replied Mr. Sattam.

"Alright, then thank you, sir," said Mang Udin.

"Together" replied the security guard.

After hearing the response of the security guard, they were both so weak, lethargic because they had been around almost all day, but there was no work Mbok Asih.

Tired of exercise all day walking they rest first in front of the gate.

"Did we just say to Madam, sir? so we can go back to the lady's house." Mbok Asih asked for her husband's opinion.

"Don't, Mom is afraid that later Madam and Master are angry that Aden will feel sorry for Aden because of his wife's actions they become quarreling" Mang Udin replied.

"Yes, too, but where else do we have to go, sir?" Mbok Asih feels he does not want to go back to Alby's house.

"Let's find another solution, ma'am. Right now we can only be patient first" Mang Udin replied.

"Why, Deck?" ask Ali.

"Who is it, Mas sitting in front of the gate?" Azmia instead of answering Ali's question, she asked back.

"Yes, who are they why are they left in front of the gate." Out of curiosity Ali increased the speed of his car.

Azmia was shocked when the car stopped right next to two people sitting in front of the gate of her house. Azmia opened the car door and rushed out.

"Mbok Asih, Mang Udin," cried Azmia.

Mbok Asih and Mang Udin who were still busy chatting hearing his name on the call they immediately turned to the source of the voice. Because their position was down so they did not see anyone coming, besides their sitting position did not hinder if the car entered the house, so when the Azmia car stopped Mbok Asih remained relaxed sitting down.

"Non Mia," said Mbok Asih with teary eyes. Seeing that there was someone he expected came Mbok Asih immediately stood up from his seat walking towards Azmia.

Azmi also walked over to Mbok Asih.

"Masya'Allah, Non this Mbok is not dreaming right?" Mbok Asih gently stroked Azmia's cheeks with tears.

"Yes, Mbok this is Mia. Mbok Asih don't cry." Azmia wiped away the tears that soaked Mbok Asih's cheeks.

Mbok Asih directly hugged Azmia released the longing that he had been pendam Azmia also returned Mbok Asih's embrace while gently stroking Mbok Asih's back.

Ali and Mang Udin who saw the scene in front of him also shed tears. If Mang Udin had understood the drama in front of him, but not with Ali. She was moved by the drama in front of her, but in her mind she wondered who the person who hugged Azmia was until she shed tears just from meeting Azmia.
