من كان يؤمن بالله واليوم الآخر، فلا يسقي ماءه زرع غيره
“Who believes in Allah and the last day, let him not pour his semen on the crops of others.” (CHR. Ahmed)
What is meant by other people's plants is a fetus caused by the semen of others.
If the woman is pregnant because of the husband who divorced her, or because she was left dead by her husband then she should not marry until she gave birth. And if the woman is pregnant because of adultery, then the woman should not marry, either with a male partner or with another, until giving birth.
Because her pregnancy was mixed with semen that was not intended for men who committed adultery with her or other men, but was intended for her mother. A man who fornicates cannot be attributed to him the child of his adultery.

A child is assigned to his mother if his mother is no longer with his father (divorce-pent). And if still together, then the child is intended to the husband of the mother (His father-pent). While male adulterers get sharia punishment.
If the woman is pregnant and she is not married, then the woman should not be married absolutely anywhere until she gives birth. After she gave birth, it was only permissible for the woman to marry after repentance, to return to God. It is permissible for a Muslim to marry her after she has repented.
