Charles felt uneasy because Flora had not yet returned. He always asked Thomas for news. Charles is shocked when Thomas tells him what Flora has done to Renatta. He doesn't seem to believe that. However, he also thought that Thomas would not lie to him.
Marline and Frans are back in Brooklyn because Frans has a job to do today. So did Adam who had to go back to the hospital, because there was a schedule of surgery.
Charles kept looking at the entrance of the mansion. He hoped Flora would return soon.
"Flora!" Charles immediately approached Flora who had just entered the mansion.
"Why are you lam-" said Charles hanging. Because Flora suddenly hugged him.
"What's up, Flo?" Charles' voice softened as he stroked the woman's back.
Flora sobbing. Body vibrates. She's afraid.
"I-I hurt Renatta. I-i kitted him. A-"
"No problem, you've done what a mother should have done. It's okay, Flo!" Cut Charles. He further tightened his embrace on Flora's trembling body.
"But I'm so mean, Charles. I hurt my friend. He's hurt because of me!" Flora's cry was breaking.
Charles shook his head. And trying to calm Flora down.
he took Flora to his room. Because of Flora's weak condition. The man was holding Flora. Flora just sobbed in silence. He drowned his face in Charles's chest.
"You better get some rest, Flo. So you'll recover soon." Charles laid Flora on the bed. Before she lay down beside Flora and hugged her.
"Charles, I'm tired" murmured Flora.
"Then get some rest, Flo. I told you you didn't have to see that woman!"
Flora shook her head. "I want to go back to Indonesia."
"Later we'll go to Indonesia if you've been reckless"
Charles was silent for a moment. He thought of Flora's words.
"I can't let you go alone, Flo."
Flora kept her body away from Charles's body. She looked at her husband's face. With his eyes wide.
"Are you sure our lives will be happy, Charles?"
"What do you mean, Flo?"
Flora caresses the chest of Charles's field in a circular pattern.
He thought about his decision. He was afraid of making a wrong decision. But he has to do it.
"I want to give up, Charles. Give up on our relationship!" lirih Flora's. With a vibrating voice.
Charles looked at Flora questionnaires and felt that his hearing was not working properly.
