"*Vidi ... don't go."
Chandra smiled bitterly, even in the middle of her sleep, Nadia called out the name with a sigh and sadness. It must be very difficult for Nadia to forget the figure of Vidi who had been expected to be his life companion. However, in fact Nadia actually married another man who was very far from expectations. A man like himself.
Drrt drrt
The phone on the bed shook, not Chandra's but Nadia's on the side of the bed. With his long hands, Chandra grabbed the sophisticated object and looked at the caller's name.
Incoming calls from Vidi Darling ....
The deg!
Slowly, Chandra took Nadia's arms off her body and carried the phone with her outside the room. With a bad feeling, Chandra received the call.
"Nad! Finally picked up the phone!" There was a hoarse voice Vidi greeted Chandra who was silent where he stood. Chandra will not say a word, because Chandra knows his behavior now has broken the rules, he carelessly raised the call on someone else's mobile phone.
Vidi chuckled, but there was also a sound of sobbing.
"Said you were married. Hh .. congratulations."
"But .. do you love your husband?"
"I know it's presumptuous, I don't have the right to ask you this." Vidi laughed again, and Chandra eavesdropped with an uncomfortable rumbling chest. The question Vidi gave to Nadia in fact made Chandra really feel cornered.
"Nad, is it that easy for you to forget all our memories?"
Beeping. Chandra turns off the phone before Vidi even finishes her sentence. Chandra then went back into the room, watching Nadia fall asleep soundly and quietly. Chandra did not dare to tell Nadia what happened that night. Because, Chandra is too scared if he experiences the same rejection as a year ago*.

"I know you're ready to get married. But ... not with me. I don't want you to try too hard to be my wife. I haven't seen your sincerity, Nadia."
Chandra sighed softly, her breathing sounding claustrophobic and heavy. The tall man got up from the bed and smiled forced on Nadia.
That night, Chandra decides to return to the living room of Nadia's house, giving Nadia time at least until tomorrow morning so that the girl can do something Chandra doesn't want to see.
It's true, Chandra should be angry and not accept if Vidi contacts Nadia again. But even anger feels useless, when Chandra's heart actually still has not given up on Nellie.
Nadia let Chandra go, without forbidding him or staying by his side, Nadia crawled on top of the bed and put the dead phone into the drawer. He hid his face behind his palms which were now shaking. What should Nadia do now? Because he is obsessed with forgetting Vidi and marrying Chandra, he has shattered the feelings of others who are being painstakingly built.

Chandra was well-dressed, a large backpack containing uniform supplies, and a suitcase filled with change of clothes that he brought back to Flores. The man said goodbye to his entire family, including his father and grandmother Nadia who were present to take Chandra to the airport.
Nadia was there, not much to say since the incident Vidi contacted her again. He only talked to Chandra about trivial matters, the rest they did not discuss much.
Actually, the family suspects that the couple is fighting but they do not want to interfere at all. Also, Chandra always says they're okay.
Chandra smile. "Yes, Mom. I must have immediately contacted Mom after arriving at the office. If I had reached the official house, there would have been no signal at all."
"Hm .. beware, work do not forget to rest, yes. Now you have a wife. Take good care of yourself!" merry's grandmother, who was not willing to take off Chandra, who was still a newlywed, had to just go to Flores, far and away.
Again Chandra gave a nod to his grandmother and mother.
"Don't worry, it's not my first time going. Strange, usually Mom and Dad never drove me with such melancholy now, hehe." Chandra chuckles, the parents seem to go a little overboard after Chandra gets married.
Nadia was still in her place, looking at Chandra further than the rest of the family. Both of Nadia's eyes were watery and looked puffy. There was a lot of guilt, maybe because it was Nadia felt the inside of her chest was stuffed with something, swallowing Nadia was difficult when it came to removing Chandra, and so on, even Nadia has not apologized to her husband.
Chandra smiled, unexpectedly the man drew closer to Nadia and cupped Nadia's cheeks gently. Nadia was down, whether this was a form of pretense in front of her parents or it was true that Chandra had no problem with yesterday's events. But Nadia finally sobbed in the hands of her husband's two hands.
"Hiks ... You, you want to go now?" nadia asked with a childlike face, her little face flushed red, and Chandra nodded.
"Hm, my leave is over."
Nadia slowly looked up, and Chandra gave her smile.
"So, it's like leaving the closest person to go to work" Chandra murmured softly.
Nadia still can't talk, but she wants to say a lot to Chandra.
"Where are they .. hiks?"
"Squeaky. Suddenly, I want to be with you a day longer."
"When are you coming home?" nadia asked after her crying subsided, she was embarrassed because her grandmother and father had been paying attention.
"Six months from now .. or maybe 1 year later." Chandra rubbed Nadia's tears, right on her cheek the man deliberately pinched her a little. Made Nadia laugh forcibly.
"old. We haven't even had a chance ...."
"Gn ...." Chandra covered Nadia's lips with her index finger, the man smiled again, was very shady and made Nadia's feelings of guilt accumulate even more.
"May I hug you here?" ask Chandra.
Nadia nodded like a fool, the girl first hugged Chandra, squeezing the army uniform worn by her husband very hard. Chandra was swept away, he could feel Nadia's heart pounding against his chest. The girl was so small in her arms, Chandra could have knocked Nadia unconscious if the man hugged her tightly and gurgled.
Chandra's mother and father could only smile warmly at the scene. While grandmother and papa Nadia shook her head when she saw Nadia behaving so differently in front of Chandra.
"I'm leaving. You, take good care of your health. Do not take sleeping pills too often" Chandra said while rubbing Nadia's back.
Nadia nodded small in her husband's arms.
Chandra enters the departure gate, and leaves leaving behind a brief memory between himself and Nadia. He was the most dashing passenger on the plane that afternoon. His face, his clothes, and everything in a Chandra is worthy of admiration. Nadia could only stare at her husband's straight back with a sullen face. Could it be that during those six months, Nadia persevered and grew her feelings for Chandra? Or maybe now, Nadia has felt something about Chandra? So that she was crying like now?
Since then, the camera reporters have not stopped capturing the moment between Nadia and her husband. Maybe hundreds of photos are ready for circulation to be used as news material. Nadia doesn't care about that. While waving her hand at the press, Nadia did so half-heartedly, asked about this and only answered with a small smile.
