Learn to love

At 8 pm East Indonesia time, dinner begins when Chandra arrives from his brief 1-hour exploration. Nadia could not see her husband because an hour ago they had kissed in the room. If only Ong and Alif had not come knocking on the door, Chandra would have done so much more. As Chandra was feeding her food, Nadia noticed her husband's reddish lips while shaking her head. This is a question for Chandra himself.

"Nadia, are you okay?" chandra asked suddenly in the middle of dinner.

Another focus was immediately on Nadia, the cook today.

Nadia turned her gaze to the sausage on the plate, whereas Chandra was clearly in front of her. "OK okay, hehe. Uh, how good is the cooking?"

"Hm, really! Top markotop!" Alif put his spoon, deliberately to give his two thumbs to Nadia.

"Mac!" Danil also reacted to the food made by Nadia.

"Lezat," praised Ong while enjoying a mouthful of sausages and nuggets.

While the others simply nodded their heads while throwing a satisfied smile at Nadia.

Chandra gave a small smile, she was quite happy today despite some disturbance that made her mood slightly worse.

After the others returned to their respective homes, now the house is very quiet, very very quiet because the military residence is quite far from the houses of the citizens, the, there was also no activity at all, other than the sound of the wind passing through the empty land, which could be heard was the sound of water faucets flowing and wetting the dishes being washed by Chandra, who was not there, Nadia was beside him staying tidying the glasses and dishes onto the shelf.

"Here, let me wash it." Nadia offers herself to wash the dishes.

Chandra smiled slightly. "No need, you've cooked and come all the way here. You must be exhausted. Let me be, I'm not helping anything to prepare dinner" Chandra explained gently.

Nadia sighed softly. "What the hell, how could you say that? No papa."

"Wash the dishes is done. Hehe," said Chandra as she wiped her hands with a napkin.

"I'm going to adjust to living here. I think I have a lot to learn from you in order to enjoy my life as a soldier's wife" Nadia said.

Chandra then led the girl into the room, not forgetting that the man also brought a new ointment to treat the blisters on Nadia's legs.

"There are other days for you to learn. If it were today, you would have just arrived. I can't let you do all the housework. We have to work together, okay?"

Nadia nodded with a smile. "But just wash the dishes, I'm used to doing the dishes."

Chandra shook her head, and somehow the way the man behaved was a little sweeter and more expressive than 3 months ago when they lived together in Bandung. "No, I don't want your palms to be rough. You are an artist, you have fans. I don't want your fans to be disappointed in me because you wash dishes and make your hands rough."

"Ih, so sweet," muttered Nadia praising her husband. Chandra chuckled softly, the man then put Nadia's legs up on her lap and applied the ointment to Nadia's injured leg, after being treated with antiseptic liquid then ointment is the thing that should be given before going to bed.

Nadia watched intently that handsome face, she held onto her chest that was beginning to beat, louder than before. While Chandra is still thinking about the event at the puskesmas, where he is reunited with Nellie. Chandra thought he only dreamed of meeting the girl again, but it turned out to be true. Nellie served in Flores for a 2-year term as a replacement for her previous doctor. Why does it have to be this way? Chandra doesn't accept this. Chandra turned her gaze to Nadia who was by her side. The beautiful girl looks very fragile after similar failures happen to her, but Chandra cannot deny that Nadia also has the same strength to try to foster feelings for her. Nadia's arrival should have made Chandra convinced that love will come from habituation.

Chandra tilted her body to face Nadia who was still trying to sleep, the girl pouted towards Chandra.

"Why? Afraid of the dark, huh?" Nadia nodded.

"So, I'll take the candle first." Chandra was about to get up, but Nadia held back the man's arm, sending Chandra down.

"Don't! It's not okay. I can still see the phone."

Chandra giggles. "The candle is in this drawer, I'm not leaving. You don't have to worry."

Nadia took off her arms and felt ashamed that it had been too much to ban Chandra, and Chandra also started lighting candles and putting them on the table right next to the bed.

Nadia smiled with relief as the not-so-wide room room was now illuminated by the dim light emanating from the candles.

"Why haven't you slept yet? There's something you're thinking, huh?" I asked Nadia suddenly.

Because Chandra is not usually still asleep, even though the time is almost 11 pm.

Chandra let out a huff, if he had to be honest with Nadia maybe it wasn't a wise gesture. Nadia had sacrificed herself to come to Flores, it was evil that Chandra had to tell her about Nellie.

"No, kok. I just feel bad about you. How is your career in

Jakarta, if you stay with me here?"

Nadia chuckles small. "Oh. So, you don't want me to go?"

"No! It's not like that" said Chandra hurriedly who made Nadia's naughtiness turn into laughter that had never been present in the room before.

"I'm glad you're here. But are you sure you want to stay here?"

Nadia nodded for sure. "Hm, but maybe I'll go home to Jakarta the same

Bandung."

Chandra was relieved, his flat face was very often smiling since he married Nadia. Suddenly the man put his hand over Nadia's cheek, and stroked her gently. Treated like that Nadia also put her hand on Chandra's cheek. They face each other and look at each other, like trying to unite feelings that are not yet clear how the results after 3 months of marriage.

"Nadia, do you mind if I fall in love with you?"
