My Husband's Ghost

My Husband's Ghost
Chapter 71 Meaningful Glass Ball

Dimitri turned Mazonn's glass ball in front of him, near a lens hanging from one of his eyes.

Observe the glass ball carefully and then lift one of his index fingers to the round-shaped object.

"What do you think, Mazonn?", asked Dimitri.

"Hmmm...!?", Mazonn just muttered.

Dimitri again noticed the direction of the glass ball which continued to slowly spin around.

"Nothing looks suspicious from the sight on this glass ball!?" Dimitri said.

Dimitri observed the glass ball that was hovering in front of him carefully and then turned to look at Mazonn, his best friend.

"Are you looking for a clue from me?", Dimitri continued, taking off the lens hanging from one of his eyes.

"It's not what you imagine because it's not clearly visible from normal vision, Dimitri" Mazonn said.

"Areally!?" said Dimitri as he raised one of his eyebrows upwards.

A smile loomed on Dimitri's face as he stood straight in front of Mazonn while his hands stretched out to the side.

"That shit doesn't mean much to me but I know what you're trying to tell me, Mazonn" Dimitri continued.

"What !?" answered Mazonn.

Mazonn stood up while crossing his arms forward with a serious look on his face.

"I don't want to tell you literally but it's very interesting because it's too challenging for me, Mazonn" Dimitri said.

"That's what I mean" said Mazonn.

"Lantas!?", asked Dimitri.

"Come on.", replied Mazonn.

"You sure???" continued Dimitri.

"You think!?" said Mazonn.

"Your canyon valley is very unique for all nations to go through because that's why the aroma does not want to be smelled by anyone who has ever stopped here" Dimitri said.

"Well.", said Mazonn.

"Then the way you're going to do it, do you have it?" Dimitri said.

"Not very convincing, but.", said Mazonn.

Mazonn glanced at the dancing lady who was still lying on the table.

"I just want this valley to be fine but I can't promise everyone will be safe if they don't obey the rules that have been in place for so long" Mazonn said.

"But they already know it and no one can dispute it, right?" Dimitri said.

"Not everyone who comes understands that's why I make other rules that are lighter for newcomers here" said Mazonn.

"Newcomer???" said Dimitri.

"Hmmm.., yes.", said Mazonn.

"Every guest in your place, shouldn't you be happy if they come to visit this canyon" Dimitri said.

"Yes, I feel happy of course".", said Mazonn grinning widely.

"Lantas!?" said Dimitri as he blinked one of his eyes at Mazonn.

"Whatever.", Mazonn answered by lifting both shoulders.

"Alright, we'll take care of it properly" Dimitri said.

"How about!?", replied Mazonn.

"Easy..", continued Dimitri.

Dimitri again turned the glass ball in his palm and moved his fingers towards the rotating object.

A bright beam radiated straight towards the glass sphere accompanied by a sprinkling of bright luminous stars surrounding it.

"He was there!" said Dimitri.

"You know it?" said Mazonn.

"Nobody can hide from the sight of my lens, Mazonn" Dimitri said.

"Where is he now?" said Mazonn.

"Why are you looking for them?", asked Dimitri.

"It doesn't really matter, but what do I think we should do?" said Mazonn.

"Take care of you, Mazonn", said Dimitri.

"Is it not too easy to find them?" said Mazonn.

"All the decisions are with you, Mazonn", Dimitri replied. "This is your domain, yours, your land, your country and your soul, Mazonn" he said.

"I don't really like easy challenges" Mazonn said.

Mazonn walked over to the dancing lady who was on a long table with her body covered by a blue light.

He directed both palms over the blue light on the dancer woman's body and then a bright beam again emanated from her palm.

"Is there a God?" said Dimitri.

"You mean?", said Mazonn who seriously directed his palms.

"Nothing, I just want a little hypothesis" Dimitri said.

"Hipotesa???" said Mazonn.

Mazonn smiled slightly then pulled the blue light that enveloped the body of the dancing woman.

"Literally He exists but I've never seen Him for real" Mazonn said.

Mazonn raised both hands towards the dancing woman so that the woman's body was lifted up and floated slowly on the long table.

The movement of Mazonn's hand right towards the bed in the room then he directs the body of the dancing woman who flew slowly to the top of the bed.

"We're moving now, Dimitri" Mazonn said.

"Tell you, Mazonn... I only obey the orders of the leader of this valley", said Dimitri.

"Wait, I'll make a protective circle for this woman" Mazonn said.

"That is what he means to you, Mazonn", said Dimitri.

"No!", said Mazonn casually.

"Oh, yes!?" said Dimitri.

"Well, why do you think so, Dimitri?" said Mazonn.

"Because your attitude and your treatment of him is more different than others, Mazonn" Dimitri said.

"My attitude is different only because I am curious about the antidote to the poison I have to get from them" Mazonn said.

"Aren't you able to cure thousands of poisons from all kinds of poisons in the world, Mazonn??" Dimitri said.

"But this type of poison is rather rare and I'm interested in this poison maker" Mazonn said.

Mazonn rubbed his hands together with a silk cloth to clean it.

"Do you mean to learn it?", asked Dimitri.

"Well, of course, because this poison is super rare and very strong for those who are exposed to this poison, Dimitri", said Mazonn.

"Aren't you yourself the creator of super and rare poisons, why are you looking for them?" Dimitri said.

"You're sure if I'm going to learn it???", said Mazonn.

Dimitri was stunned and turned his gaze towards Mazonn from his hands which turned into pointed fingers and golden yellow.

"You're not seriously saying it, are you?" Dimitri said.

"Does my face look serious?", asked Mazonn.

"Of course, I see that you're very serious but that doesn't mean that your appearance shows that you're really serious about saying it" Dimitri said.

"Just learn... Because I don't want to take it too seriously myself, Dimitri" Mazonn said.

Mazonn drew the curtains that adorned the bed in the room to cover the bed where the dancing lady lay.

Directing a brightly glowing protective circle around the bed and quickly closing both room doors with a single hand wave.

Mazonn's body moved slowly towards Dimitri who was in front of the villa's exit.

"I'm not sure if your area doesn't have spies, you should have left this to them, Mazonn" Dimitri said.

"It's very secret, Dimitri" Mazonn said.

"Secret?", asked Dimitri. "Why ?"

"Well, that's how it is and it's very secret, Dimitri", Mazonn said.

"That's what makes you want to solve it yourself ? Wouldn't it be lighter if you handed this task over to your spy squad!?" said Dimitri.

Mazonn slightly shook his head then looked towards the outside of the villa.

"The problem is that this mission is secret and with regard to Van Costel IV, I don't want this news to be heard even by my own secret forces" Mazonn said.

"Just because you don't want this valley to be thrown into an uproar by them, don't you?" Dimitri said.

Mazonn took a deep breath as he looked solemnly outside his villa filled with greenery and blooming flowers.

"Maybe.", said Mazonn.

"Maybe !?" said Dimitri.

"It's possible, Dimitri" Mazonn said. "Maybe.".", he continued.

"Interesting.", Dimitri said.

"Hmmm.., yes, very interesting.", said Mazonn.

"Maybe." said Dimitri.

Dimitri's turn let out a long sigh when he heard Mazonn's heart-wrenching expression that insisted on covering up the matter that had just occurred in this canyon valley.

A little did not understand the way Mazonn thought, his best friend but Dimitri seemed to understand what Mazonn thought. Dimitri tried to understand it.

Both of them looked straight at the outside of the villa and both stood on the veranda of the villa with eyes that contained mystery.
