It had been a week after Noura was discharged from the hospital. Noura's days passed grimly. Noura daydreams a lot, sometimes crying holding her stomach.

Noah was heartless, Noura was so happy to know that she was pregnant. But now that has changed, Noah has changed too. Noah returns cold just as he was early married. It became like that until Noura finished his puerper.

On his first holy day of Niphaz. Noura is starting to change a little. He started smiling back often. He even occasionally went out and went around. Many of Noura's friends supported Noura.

That morning, Noura approached Noah who was having breakfast. Noura is well dressed. Noah was surprised because Noura's mornings were neat.

"Where are you going?" Ask Noah.

"Noah, take me to our son's grave. I want to pray for it." Answer Noura.

Noah nodded and went to the room to change. 10 minutes later Noah came out. But he did not think that Noura was receiving guests.

"Are you serious about anything? I read from the group saying your condition is severe."

It turned out to be Avi Sena, Noah and Noura's neighbors. She found out that Noura had a miscarriage. All this time he was away to take care of a branch company outside the city.

When she found out that Noura had miscarried, Avi Sena went straight home. There is no relationship anymore. But still Avi Sena was worried about the state of Noura.

Seeing Avi Sena's concern for Noura, Noah's jealous flame rose. He approached Avi Sena and immediately pulled the collar of Avi Sena's shirt.

"What have you given my wife? Ever since he ate the parcel from you, my wife has been in pain and now we have lost our son." Said Noah angrily.

"You think I did? It's just an ordinary guava, and it's not from me, it's from my cousin who's also Noura's best friend." Reply Avi Sena.

"Noah is already Noah, it's not because of Avi Sena. I beg you Noah." Said Noura who tried to divorce Noah and Avi Sena.

"You tried to defend him while your husband was defending you." Said Noah who became angry to Noura.

"It's not like that, please, I want to go to Noah's grave now." Noura almost cried.

Finally Noah removed his grip from the collar of Avi Sena's shirt. Then Noah left the place and walked towards his car.

"I have to go, you better go Avis." Noura.

After an hour of travel, Noura and Noah arrive at his son's grave. Now Noura's grief has diminished. It's tougher than ever.

Then Noura cleaned his son's grave and doused it with water. After that Noura began to recite Yasin's surah.

Half an hour in the tomb. Noah invites Noura to come home. He suddenly had to come to a meeting held outside the office.

Because Noura did not want to be home alone, Noura asked Noah to take her to Noura's parents' house. And Noah agreed.

"Assalammualaikum Mother." Noura.

"Waalaikum greetings, who is this from?" Ask Noura's mother.

"Out of mother's grave. Noah was at work on mom's weekend, so Noah said goodbye." Noura explained.

"Yes ma'am, I can't be long, I'll be back to pick up Noura." Follow Noah while kissing his hands. Then Noah left his father-in-law's house.

After Noah left, Noura walked into his room. The room was cold because it had not been there for a long time. Noura put her things in the room.

"So, I'm home, I'm glad." Naomi, Noura's sister, said.

Naomi hugged her sister. Naomi and Noura are 7 years old. But Naomi is very spoiled to Noura.

Because Noura's home today. Noura's mother will cook Noura's favorite dishes. Everyone in Noura's house was now pampering Noura.

After eating, Noura and her family watched a comedy show on TV. While stroking Noura's head, his mother advised that after this could consult the womb.

"Can you still be ma'am?" Ask Noura.

"You can, you're not barren. Just not yet a fortune. Later mom also bought good fruits for promil. But later, if you rest first." Answer Mother.

At night after Isya, Noah comes to pick Noura up. And they also came home. In the car Noura and Noah were both silent.

"How are you doing, Noah?" Ask Noura.

"It's God's will, we can't dodge Noura." Noura answered while stroking Noura's head.

"Maybe in the near future I'm going to get pregnant again Noah." Noura.

"Don't push it too hard. You've just recovered." Noah said.

"Yes, I'm okay." Noura.
