Noah feeds Noura to the last grain of his rice. Noura finished the rice so quickly. Noura is very happy because she was fed by Noah.

"Noura, it's done, I want to go after Sarah first huh," Noah said asking for permission.

Noura's expression instantly changed when she heard it from Noah. There is room for Sarah in Noah's heart.

"Yes gone" said Noura, who finally allowed it.

A happy Noah got up straight from his seat. He kissed Noura on the forehead and then straight out of Noura's room.

When Noah came out of his room, Noura immediately laid her body slowly. Slowly his eyes began to close.

Meanwhile, Noah looks to be the one walking in the hospital hallway. While walking Noah also makes a phone call to Sarah.

"Hello Sarah," Noah said in a phone call.

"Why call?" ask Sarah.

"Where areyou? I'm already in the hospital hallway," asked Noah.

"I'm in the hospital cafeteria" Sarah answered and then decided on a phone call from Noah.

After her phone call was cut off by Sarah, Noah rushed straight to the hospital cafeteria. He hoped Sarah would not be angry with him.

Arriving at the hospital cafeteria, Noah immediately went around each table to look for Sarah. It takes time for Noah to find Sarah.

It turns out that Sarah was eating soto, she was sitting in the corner of the canteen. Having found her, Noah goes straight to Sarah.

"It looks good" said Noah.

"You're so funny when you're angry" Noah said, pinching Sarah's nose.

Sarah held her nose because the pinch from Noah hurt.

"When it's funny, you're going to keep me angry?" ask Sarah.

"I feel like I've heard that phrase. You're jealous, aren't you?" asked Noah who teased.

"So you don't think I'm jealous?!" reply Sarah.

"Yes yes, I'm sorry. Oh yes tomorrow afternoon Noura can go home, so you can also rest," said Noah.

"Then what is tonight?" ask Sarah.

"Tonight we're here first yes" replied Noah.

Sarah was surprised to hear Noah's answer. After that he immediately crossed his arms while back in a frown.

"Calm down, baby, just one night. Then let's go back, "take Noah.

Even with an upset face, Sarah still wanted to follow what Sarah said. After that they left the canteen and walked back to Noura's room.

Not long after, they reached Noura's room. Noura was asleep. Noah opens the door and Sarah follows him from behind.

Suddenly

Tests....

The sound of water falling to the floor

"Gram!" shouted Noah.

A panicked Noah screamed to wake Noura up. When Noura woke up, she saw Noah who was still near the door with Sarah.

"Ah Sarah? Noah was the water of his establishment, lest it had broken," said Noura who was unconscious in panic.

Noah called the nurse, and a few moments later the nurse came in with a wheelchair.
