The current state of Noura's household with her husband Noah is complicated. Noura who every day had to endure the pain of seeing Noah who spoiled his second wife.
Only occasionally did Noah accompany Noura. It was just all night. The next morning, Noah must be looking for Sarah.
Noura does not want to interfere in their matters, Noura's feelings for Noah have become bland. Noura was always staring with a flat face towards Noah and Sarah.
Noura's activities are getting busy. The small garden he managed was getting better. Sometimes people come to buy flowers.
Little by little Noura was already able to make money. Noura has started saving money from Noah. And for every day he uses money from the sale of flowers.

There was a scream from inside the house. But Noura did not make that scream. Noura knew for sure it was Sarah with the drama she made.
After replacing the soil, fertilize and water the plants. Noura entered the house because she wanted to drink.
But as he entered the house, he saw a panicked Noah at the bathroom door. Sarah falls in the bathroom and Noah panics.
"Noura please help me," Noah said with a slashed face.
Finally Noura took her phone and called an ambulance. Without speaking anything to Noah, he does everything in front of Noah, so he knows that Noura is doing something.
Shortly after, the ambulance arrived. Ambulance officers took Sarah into an ambulance. Noah said thank you and got in the car. And the car just left.
When Noura wanted to continue her gardening activities, suddenly her phone rang a sign of incoming messages. Apparently it was a message from Noah to immediately follow to the hospital and he asked to bring Sarah's clothes as well.
Because Noah asked for it, Noura immediately prepared. He took a shower and cleaned his body. Then after he was tidy, Noura went to Sarah's room to pick up Sarah's clothes.
After confirming everything, Noura left for the hospital. It took about an hour and a half to get to the hospital.
Noura was in the hospital. Noura went straight to Sarah's room. When he opened the door he saw Noah, his mother-in-law and Sarah were conscious.
With a not-so-friendly expression, all those people looked towards Noura. Then Noura came in and put Sarah's clothes on the table.
"It's all because of you Noura!" exclaim Sarah.
"You didn't clean the bathroom and Sarah ended up falling" her mother-in-law continued.
"What?" Noura was confused by Sarah and her mother-in-law.
"Noura?" Noah finally let out a voice and made Noura's heart ache.
"Sarah, if it's slippery, why don't you just wear slippers? Why am I cleaning the bathroom you're wearing anyway?" ask Noura.
"What does this have to do with me? That's your son, your son with Sarah. Excuse me," replied Noura and left them all.
Noura who was feeling sad also intended to leave the hospital. But as Noura walks towards the exit, Noura meets her father-in-law.
"Noura!" call his father-in-law.
"Papa?" reply Noura.
"You from inside? See Sarah?" ask his father-in-law.
"No Pa, I just went to deliver a change of clothes for Sarah. Everything is in Pa. Then Noura goes first Pa," Noura replied as she passed by her father-in-law.
"Noura, would you like to accompany Papa for coffee first?" ask his father-in-law. Noura's footsteps stopped and he looked back.
"Yes may Pa" replied Noura.
Noura went with her father-in-law to the hospital cafeteria. There are many who sell ranging from snacks, to heavy foods.
In the cafeteria, as requested. Papa-in-law Noura ordered two cups of black coffee. Although Noura is a woman, but Noura is a black coffee connoisseur.
"I'm sorry Papa ya Noura," the sad voice of her grieving father-in-law to Noura. Hearing that made Noura's head lift.
"If only Papa had educated Noah harder, it wouldn't have been that way."
"You're a strong woman, not just a sudden start, but a few months because she's pregnant."
"You're a strong woman huh, never give up Noura," her touching Papa-in-law advised.
Unknowingly Noura's tears flowed all the way to her cheeks. When her husband sided with another woman. It was unexpected that there were people who still supported Noura.
"Thank you very much Pa."
"Where are you going? Wanna go home?" ask Papa-in-law.
"Maybe I'm going to visit my parents' house Pa. There's something I have to take from my parents' house" Noura replied.
"Will Papa deliver?" ask Papa-in-law.
"Ah no need Pa. There is Mama above, must have been waiting for Papa," replied Noura.
"Then be careful on the road, say hello to your parents," said Papa-in-law.
"Well Pa will Noura say, then, Noura said goodbye first Pa. Assalammualaikum" said Noura.
"Waalaikum salam."
Noura left the hospital canteen. He took a taxi online to his parents' house.
