After Noura makes Sarah do things, Noah arrives. He came with Noura's clothes and some food wrappers.

"Assalammualaikum," said Noah greeting.

"Waalaikum greetings" replied Noura and Sarah.

"Everything's safe, right?" asked Noah while putting down his luggage.

"So good, under control, Sarah is very helpful, good thing you asked her to stay here," Noura replied with a smile.

"really? Thank you Sarah" said Noah.

Sarah did not respond to the words of the two of them, she just stared and shifted the conversation.

"What did you bring Noah?" ask Sarah with enthusiasm.

"Oh it's lunch, I also bought rice sitting for the three of us, then let's eat," asked Noah.

Noah opens the wrap, assisted by Sarah, and Noura only sees from a distance. Sarah is seen looking for attention in front of Noah, but Noah does not realize it.

"Well, it looks so good, Noah, I want to be fed" Sarah asked.

Hearing Sarah ith's request made Noura furrow her brows. He stared at Sarah, but Sarah did not care.

"Me too" Noura said suddenly.

"I also want to be fed," Noura replied shyly.

Noura's request pissed Sarah off. Sarah looked towards Noah who looked puzzled now. Because it does not accept that Sarah still wants to be fed.

"I asked to be fed first" protested Sarah.

"But I'm not sick" Noura said.

"But I'm pregnant" Sarah replied.

Things that make Noah confused now. He was still thinking about it when Sarah and Noura were still arguing to be fed.

"okay. I'll feed Noura first" Noah said.

"What?! But I asked him first" said Sarah who still does not accept.

"But Noura is sick" Noah said.

"He's broken leg, not broken arm" Sarah said firmly.

"But it still makes it difficult for him to make a move" said Noah who remained on his decision.

"Ah whatever! I'll just eat out" exclaimed Sarah as she picked up her bag and went outside.

Sarah goes out but Noah wants to spell it out. Realizing that Noah wants to go after Sarah, he stops Noah.

"Noah, I will ask to be fed," Noura said shyly.

Finally Noah fed Noura with the rice he had bought. Noura eats with gourmand and vigor. Perhaps because she was being fed by her husband, her appetite increased.

"Oh, I just met your doctor. He said tomorrow afternoon you can go home" Noah said.

"really?" ask Noura pleasure.

"Yes, I also thought that it would be better if you could just rest at home. It's also good for Sarah who is pregnant" replied Noah.

Hearing Noah mention Sarah's name made Noura a little sad. Though he was happy earlier because Noah always sided with him. Sarah was still on her mind.
