After waiting for some time, Noura was taken by a nurse to change rooms. Noah and Sarah followed him from behind.

Noura was moved to the VVIP room. Noah wants Noura to get the best health care.

"Safety? This room is the best room" Noah said.

"Thank you Noah" Noura said.

"Is there anything else you need?" ask Noah.

"Hm. There is actually a need for me," Noura replied shyly.

"What do you need? Say," asked Noah once more.

"I need some underwear and also some hijab strands too to change" Noura replied.

"All right, I'll get it right away. Sarah help you accompany and help Noura here yes," said Noah who immediately took the car keys.

"But I'm pregnant!" sarah stood up while standing up.

"But I'm breaking my leg and have to wear a cast" Noura said suddenly.

"Sarah, Noura is in need of help, you please help her yes, I won't be long," Noah said after that straight away.

Noah's armpits left Noura's room, an awkward atmosphere instantly enveloping the two of them. Sarah sat back down and crossed her arms.

"The way I'm thirsty, please get me some water" Noura said.

"Where's water?" ask Sarah back.

Noura looked around and there was no drinking water. Then Noura glanced at Sarah.

"If there's none, please buy it" Noura said.

"I don't have a wallet, where's your money?" ask Sarah.

"I don't know where my wallet is, I just had an accident" Noura replied.

"Then where should I get a drink?! You want to drink the bathroom tap water" Noura snapped.

"Use your brain, in this hospital hallway there must be a pantry, you can ask for water there," said Noura who was upset.

With a sullen expression, Sarah walked out of Noura's room. He walked to the pantry. Fortunately, there were people in the pantry, so he could ask Noura for water.

After getting a bottle of mineral water to drink, Sarah immediately returned to Noura's room. Halfway through, Sarah hears the whispers of the nurse gossiping.

"Hey, he said the patient whose leg was broken was the wife of someone who had a wife."

"Huh? Then she's a second wife?"

"Don't know what wife he was, but her husband came holding his other wife's hands and she was pregnant."

"Well, what a pity, yes, broken legs, betrayed anyway."

Sarah who slightly heard the nurse talk immediately rushed away. Because the thing the nurse talked about was her home life.

Arriving at Noura's room, Sarah immediately gave the mineral water to Noura.

There was the sound of water running down Noura's throat.

"You're so thirsty, aren't you? In an instant, the bottle's water ran out immediately" Sarah said.

Noura did not take action on Sarah's words. Because it feels no need Sarah was back sitting on the sofa. Noura suddenly called Sarah.
