Chapters 27. Helsink Family

In the last third of the night leading up to dawn, Roman awakens from his sleep. He then opened the room door and found Angelina, sitting pensively in front of the table while propping up her chin. "Maa?? Not sleeping yet?" ask Roman.

Angelina shed her tears while flinching. He closed both eyes and bit his lower lip. "How can I sleep! I almost lost my son!" - He looked at Roman - "Didn't you feel sorry for me?!" said it.

Previously, Valerie had driven Roman home to her family, after bringing Valentine and Rika home. He then met at Roman's house while talking to Angelina, as Roman's guardian.

Angelina was surprised when she heard Valerie's story, about the incident that had befallen her eldest son. It made him shock and difficult to close his eyes.

Although both of her children had fallen asleep, Angelina could only sit quietly in front of the dining table, contemplating the foolish actions that Roman had done. He did not expect that his son had done reckless deeds, without his knowledge.

After finding Roman's presence awakened from her sleep, Angelina suddenly cries and is grateful that she still sees her son alive and breathing, while looking at him from behind the door.

Roman then rested in front of Angelina. "Maa, I promise I won't do it again. Never mind, the important thing is that I'm okay" Roman said with a sad face.

Angelina slapped a hard slap, onto the cheek of the son. He dropped his knee and hugged Roman as tightly as he could. "Don't make me feel lost for the second time Roman!" his weakness was crying sobbing.

Roman also cried in Angelina's arms. The pain of the slap, has made him realize that the mother loves him very much. "Maaa ... I am indeed a useless stupid child .. I'm sorry maa .. forgive me. ..." said Roman who also sobbed in his tears.

Natasha awakens from her sleep after hearing the voices of Roman and Angelina. Then he came out of the room. "Mamaa, Romaan!!" The little girl suddenly ran towards them and joined in a protracted blend of grief.

After Gerrard's death, Angelina became difficult in parenting and meeting the needs of her two children. He sometimes received financial help from some friends during school, who were concerned about his condition.

Angelina never expected herself to be a single mom with two children. Even so, she remained steadfast and sincere in living the difficult economic life of the family, after the death of Gerrard, her beloved late husband.

Time shows at half-five in the morning. The sun is still reluctant to reflect its rays on the surface of the earth. Amid the cold of dawn, Roman sat on the dining table while waiting for Angelina's cooking to be served.

"Roman, you don't have to walk to school anymore" Angelina said, stirring hot soup in a pot.

"Why ma?" ask Roman. His stomach immediately sounded as he sniffed the fragrance of Angelina's soup.

"When you fell asleep, Ms. Valerie told me she was willing to take you to school. Maybe soon the car will arrive in front," said Angelina with a face that is still swollen. He then poured his warm soup into three bowls.

"Why does mom allow it? I can still go to school on my own, even if I have to walk," looked Roman, who could not wait to eat his favorite hot soup.

"Don't be stubborn, Roman! We cannot reject someone's good intentions. Just obey the wishes of your homeroom teacher. Never go against his orders!" reprimand Angelina while serving a tray containing three bowls of soup, to the dining table. "Don't eat yet! Wait for Natasha," forbid Angelina.

"Well maa," concluded Roman with a passionate appetite, when he saw his favorite warm soup was in front.

Angelina then moved to Natasha's room. He then found his petite girl, sleeping while hugging a teddy bear. "Nataa, wake up son. We have breakfast first," he said while holding the tiny body of the beloved princess.

After washing her sleepy little face, Angelina sat Natasha down on the dining table chair. He was very attentive with his daughter. "Before eating, pray first" Angelina ordered as she occupied her seat.

He smiled as he looked at each of his two children's faces. Gerrard, what sin have I committed, to the extent that these two sons of yours bear no resemblance to me. You're really unfair, her inner self.

Valerie was sitting on the terrace of the hall of the house, enjoying her warm tea. He looked up while staring at the highway. Valentine has started his relationship with Roman. But, I heard Roman enrolled himself in that school on a scholarship. He is a genius, right? ... I can't wait to test her learning skills, Valerie's mind is at length.

Valerie Helsink and Valentine Helsink. They are the daughters of Albert Helsink, a renowned professor who is now a lecturer abroad.

Albert has a wife named Victoria Helsink, who died eight years ago, due to a chronic illness.

Victoria spent her entire life, serving only as a teacher at Saint Luxury high school. Putting his two daughters in school was his last wish before he died.

The mother's departure has also given a very deep sorrow in Valerie's heart. He, who was still in his first degree at another school, decided to enroll in Saint Luxury high school.

Valerie finally managed to get a scholarship program, after conducting various eligibility tests given by Saint Luxury high school. All of that is persistent to do in order to fulfill the last wishes of the mother.

Valerie High School's days at that elite school, did not go smoothly. He always get ridicule and ridicule from classmates, after knowing he entered the school, through the scholarship path.

Valerie also gets the name 'teacher' who has a negative stigma against her. They consider Valerie's achievements, only because of the influence of the mother who had long been a teacher at the school.

Despite coming from a distinguished family, Valerie still receives unsatisfactory treatment from her classmates, because she always gets more attention from teachers, for her intelligence.

Valerie had some friends during High School who were very valuable in her life. One of them is Andrea and Miranda. Although different classes, they always protect Valerie from the various evil intentions of other students.

However, Valerie finally remained determined to continue her education until graduation. He then continued his teacher education at one of the top educational universities in the city.

After graduation, Valerie also had to give up the departure of the father who received teaching duties as a lecturer abroad.

In order to pursue her father's footsteps, and honor her late mother's name, Valerie decided to apply for a job as a teacher, at Saint Luxury high school, where her mother worked as a teacher during her lifetime.

Valentine also followed in Valerie's footsteps by enrolling himself into Saint Luxury high school, although Albert had to spend a lot of money, because of the high costs required by the school.

Valentine tends to have a tomboyish nature and is very hard on the men around him. The value of his education during his Junior High was not as good as Valerie's value.

Even so, Valerie still loves Valentine and always helps him in completing difficult lessons. They are very familiar and inseparable.

Now, in addition to being Valentine's sister, Valerie also became her homeroom teacher. He intends to keep an eye on the younger brother so that his education remains smooth and hope that Valentine can follow in his footsteps as a teacher.
